Location is great, near to the Harbin express train station. Room is comfy & the washing machines at level 2 is powerful! Managed to wash our clothes a few times. Overall a good experience, hence we extended our stay for another 2 nights after this.

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

What a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

Great stay at Jifeng Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Good value for money and a pleasant overall experience.

We stayed for two nights in August at this hotel and were impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent for its proximity to the airport, and we were grateful for the late-night airport pickup. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, patiently using translation apps to communicate with us. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, beds were comfy and we loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary fruits. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the restaurant staff. We arrived for dinner around 9 pm (the restaurant is in a separate building, also used for breakfast), and although the place was empty and they appeared to be closing, they warmly welcomed us in. They were incredibly caring and accommodating. The food was delicious, portions were very generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The kindness and smiles of these ladies made a lasting impression. We are actually returning to the hotel tomorrow and are genuinely excited to see them again!

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

The location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. I initially got the floors mixed up, but then I figured it out. This is a great hotel. Large rooms, with both a bathtub and a shower. It's the first hotel where a razor was already in the room—I didn't have to ask for one at the reception. The metro station isn't far, and taxis always arrive very quickly. It's a really excellent location, with many 24-hour grocery stores nearby. I was also pleased that you can smoke in the room. Of course, I'm not a fan of smoking where I sleep, but it's cold outside, and constantly getting dressed and going downstairs is very inconvenient. So, big thanks to the hotel. Minor downsides: the bathrobes are very small (and I'm not tall myself), and all the movies on the projector are paid, with no English language options. But these are small things; overall, the hotel is excellent and spacious.

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right. Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
