"Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church.
However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food."

"I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly
.
However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle
.
Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍"

"Wow what a great 4 star hotel. Firstly the reception staff, especially Ms Feng was so attentive and hospitable. Their breakfast was amazing, offering so much variety to satisfy the fussiest eaters. The housekeeping staff was so generous and did a great job always keeping our room well stocked and so clean. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious with good cooling in June. The laundry facility was so convenient and useful. It's location was handy to all the scenic sites. Thank you Yitel Hotel for our wonderful stay for the week."

In all of our travels through China and Southeast Asia in the last several years, my wife and I have been fortunate to stay in many lovely hotels and inns, and the superbly located Maxx Hotel in Harbin is certainly one of them. Under the excellent management — Mr. Liu Weifeng, and another young female front desk manager whose last name happen to be Liu as well — and their hardworking team of hospitality experts, the Maxx has embraced a true entrepreneurial spirit to provide guests a distinctive, top-tier hospitality experience.
After a long train ride, we were in dire need of a comfortable and well-appointed room with view, and we weren’t disappointed! We took our time to decompress and enjoy the large lobby, uniquely positioned on the penthouse 25th floor, to enjoy the panoramic view of the Songhua River and a bird’s eye view of nearly every major attraction of central Harbin and its impressive night-time skyline — of course, all within a minutes relaxing stroll.
The Maxx’s amenities include a terrific buffet breakfast featuring local and national cuisines, an afternoon tea, and even late night snacks and beverages. Guests have the liberty of just enjoying the hotel’s amenities or walking to all the major tourist attractions, which we did, like the bustling evening stroll we took on Central Street, or our short walk to marvel at the Russian Orthodox-inspired St. Sofia Cathedral with the special bonus of people watching all the young people dressed in historical and fantastical costumes for photos to embrace the “otherworldly” atmosphere. We also strolled around the Memorial commemorating overcoming the Great Flood of 1957, enjoyed the cool, verdant shade of the beautiful Gen. Zhaolin Li Park, as well as enjoyed the bridges, river ferries, trams, and laser shows — all merely steps away — or if you are in a more relaxing frame of mind watching the entire spectacle from your perch on the 25th floor! We did both.
We urge you to visit the Maxx in Harbin and enjoy Mr. Liu and team’s special hospitality. You definitely won’t regret it."

The hotel itself is newly renovated, giving it a fresh and clean appearance. However, it’s worth noting that there are no additional facilities, as the hotel occupies the upper floors of commercial shop lots. Despite that, the overall experience was quiet and enjoyable. TTianyuanaliceMe and my husband with three kids from Canada came to China to travel. Our kids have never been to China before and this is their first time traveling to China. We stayed at this beautiful Hua Xia Qu She B&B, the butler and owner were very friendly, we really like the decoration style of this place, and the accommodation supplies were also very complete. The shower and hot water were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. My kids likes small animals. there are cats and dogs in the B&B they are very friendly and suitable for playing with children. Here, we went to Sun mountain Ski Resort, Tiger Park, Train Museum etc. my kids first time watched fireworks here and left them unforgettable memories.The owner also gave us a lot of travel advice and guidance, which made our journey very smooth and enjoyable! We would definitely come again in the future.

Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

VVieraskäyttäjäThis accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold.
We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight.
The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called.
Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

VVieraskäyttäjäHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Upon arrival to the homestay, lady boss free upgrade to a beautiful bigger room for us!
I have been communicating with lady boss via WeChat xyxms999 before arrival and she helped us planned the full 5 days 4 nights itinerary including to horse ride, snow play, ski and xuexiang!
They literally drive us around to and fro around by their chauffeur.
We ordered TB and they help us pick up our stuff too
They serve daily breakfast too
The room is very new and is exactly as per the photos and housekeeping is awesome
The bosses own a restaurant next door and serve super yummy authentic dong bei food that we had our dinner there every night! And they are so nice to give us a discount of the food…
Even though this is a homestay but we feel that the service they offer was far so much better than a hotel.
They have their big snow area with their own snow play with snow bike and snow car and snow slide and swing too
Also they help us buy discounts tickets to all places of interest as well as loan ski gear at a discounted price too…
My girls loved it so much that they wanted to go back again!

VVieraskäyttäjä絕對的五星好評，大姨（老闆娘）很熱情，我們一到亞布力就安排了司機去車站接送我們，不得不説東北人真的很熱情好客，一到民宿後就發現房間很乾凈，整體的環境讓人很舒適，有點輕奢的感覺，後來司機還帶我們去了滑雪場，還開車帶我們去吃飯。來去車也開了好幾趟，重點是全程免費！真的太感謝了😊全程也沒有用項目推薦，會隨時隨地解答我們的疑惑，真心實意的為我們省錢，舉一個去滑雪場的例子：滑雪場景區內的門票遠高於老闆娘家幫我們購買的門票，真的太划算，太划算了，太感謝了。下次有朋友來一定還選你們家

CColin and Robyn LogieWhat an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven.
This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow.
The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great).
We will return to this hotel as soon as we can.
Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm
