Olin tässä hotellissa kolme yötä joulukuussa 2025 henkilökohtaisen loman. Kokonaisuudessaan se oli miellyttävä ja mukava oleskelu. Reception sijaitsee tasolla 7, joka oli hieman epätavallinen aluksi mutta helppo saada tottunut. Check-in ja vuorovaikutukset henkilöstön kanssa olivat sujuvat. Huonekoko oli melko kunnollinen ja mukava lyhyen oleskelun. Ilmastointi tuntui kuitenkin hieman lämmintä jopa sen jälkeen, kun se oli säädetty jäähtyneemmälle lämpötilalle, joka oli vähäinen haitta. Aamiainen on tarjoiltu päivittäin tasolla 7 myös. On olemassa kunnollinen valikoima ruokaa, vaikka valikosta pysyy samassa päivittäin. Hyvää korostaa elävät lukijat, joissa kuumat nuudelit valmistetaan paikalla, joka oli plus. Toinen suuri mukavuus on saatavuus pesukone ja kuivain tasolla 7, ja ne ovat vapaasti käytettävissä, mikä on erittäin hyödyllistä matkustajille. For its price per night 97SAR ($25) I have no complaints. The bed is very comfortable! I had issues with noises from the street since one of the windows was broken, but I contacted the reception and they sent someone to fix it immediately! They have a whole floor for massage services which is convenient. No issues with cleanliness or visible dirt. The check-out is at 2:00 PM which is a bonus. Recommended for a budgeted stay.

we have started for just a single night. for the price the hotel is good. it has a little bit old decoration but it’s clean, has no odor and spacious rooms. location depends on your needs, if you have business around then it might be a perfect start if you are a tourist then it’s better for you to find better alternative. overall everything was okay.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise.  We had not been to this area before and didn't know what to expect.  While the hotel exterior is standard, our room was really lovely, with a nice bathtub, great lighting and a big, round bed!  The hotel staff at the desk, in the breakfast area and the housekeeping were all very nice.  While there is not much around the hotel, a short ride will bring you to a choice of shopping malls and great restaurants.  This hotel is a nice diamond in the rough!

Location is close to Guicheng metro, a short walk toward area where opposite of the metro is Walmart. Front desk is polite and helpful. House keeping did well even though falicilties is dated but it is well maintained. I stay at 11 floor where is is quiet and peaceful but water pressure for shower is low, that the slight negative for the 3 night stay. Otherwise all are good.

The reminder email told me the check out time is 1:00pm, but they said the check out time is 11:00pm. If I want to check out 1:00pm, I have to apply. They didn't told me this arrangement or your notice have no notification. I was very trouble about that.

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
