Very New and comfortable Hotel. Reception staff is incredibly helpfull and friendly. Will definitely come back If stay in Foshan.

This is not my first time stay at this hotel, I chose to stay at this hotel again when I came to Foshan. When checking in, the staff named Amy Hu kindly served welcome drink and took the initiative to add me on WeChat, informing me that I could contact her at any time if I had any needs and she did ,She always online 24hours to helping us Which make us feel at home! The service details are really outstanding. Amy helping us a lot. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. All kinds of facilities are fully available, The service Amy provides and her respond to needs quickly and promptly. Whether you're on a business trip or a leisure trip, I strongly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel!

The hotel has a very pleasant environment and extraordinary view, the rooms are clean and quiet. The front desk clerk Xiaoxiao is enthusiastic and efficient in service and promptly arranged the room change problem. The hotel facilities are complete and the room is very clean. I came to participate in the Canton Fair and this hotel has become my first choice hotel![强][强]

The location is convenient, but there are not enough waiters in the breakfast restaurant. They are not familiar with things and seem like new staff. When I went to get food, the food and coffee on the table had been taken away, which was unbelievable. The mattress was contaminated, and such bed sheets should not be used by the hotel any longer.

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

Living there is very spacious and their customer service is good also love their daily different breakfast. Just the location is a bit far off from stations. If you don’t mind to take taxi or uber/didi, then it’s good for your rest :)

Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Hotel was located far from the furniture malls which was our purpose of staying there. Luckily taxi was easy to get and inexpensive cost around RMB 10-15 only. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was nice with plenty of food. I liked the congee most. The Chinese restaurant service wasn’t up to the standard as I arrived at 1:55 but waitress told me the lunch hour was over and asked me to leave. I accidentally drank a bottle of mineral water in the room which cost rmb10 and the front desk was nice to waive the charges.

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
