"The “airport” part of the name here refers to the fact that you can get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel. It’s a little frustrating that it’s so far away from the actual airport.  The room was clean and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave, tv and clock radio. Beds clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the restaurant but the lobby area was clean and well lit. The wifi was fast."

"The Quality Inn was excellent value. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and then returned us there promptly the next day after our stay. The breakfast had a very good selection and the service was great. This was my third stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again. There are many restaurants just a few minutes away within walking distance."

"The King Jetted Tub Suite was a delight. We loved it especially my infant who was very happy to enjoy a good time with mum and dad in the Jet Tub. Room/Facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast came in handy. The ladies at the breakfast place were very helpful too. Highly recommend!"

"Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient"

The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us. "My stay was good for my husband and I. However only at check out was I informed we were over charged ( the front desk insisted we were booked for another night) I was delayed for 30 minutes trying to sort it out until I told the guy at the desk I had to go because I was becoming late for my flight, so he said he would sort it out and call me. He called about 30 minutes after to say it was sorted out and a refund will be issued To my credit card. I was also sent the receipt showing the refund. A week after a refund was sent to my card and then withdrawn from my card on the same day. It was less than the amount on the receipt and to date nothing has been refunded. Not has the hotel contacted me to explain what is on."

"We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business."

Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West was a very relaxing stay. The lobby was decorated very well in Christmas theme, and the free parking was a huge plus as not all hotels offer free parking around the Airport area. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a huge plus, although having a few more menu options would have been better.

This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

The hotel is clean and spacious. The bed is soft, and I sank into it. I loved that they have a mini kitchen area with a microwave and coffee maker. The shuttle service was available for airport drop-off, I even requested a wake-up call and received it on time!However, I couldn't get the air-conditioning unit to adjust to warm, and it was very noisy The email address and the payment options on the site are incorrect and misleading. I recommend them updating the info (email address and the type of cards they accept).

Stayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting. The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant. The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good. The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it. Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens. I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

The room is clean.Beddings are comfortable. Washroom is clean too. All the lights are in mood for a complete resting.The place is not noisy,you can have a relaxing rest before going to a long flight. The additional service of wake-up call is on point. Ms Rose in the lobby assisted us in check-in with all the information we needed.She is so accommodating. The free shuttle to airport is an add point too.Our driver is very helpful and always smiling.

Everything was okay. One elevator was not working and the second on required the use of the room key to activate. This was very annoying, and I would highly recommend getting rid of this requirement.
