"The King Jetted Tub Suite was a delight. We loved it especially my infant who was very happy to enjoy a good time with mum and dad in the Jet Tub. Room/Facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast came in handy. The ladies at the breakfast place were very helpful too. Highly recommend!"

"Very convenient and close to Square One. The bed is good. Bathroom is bright and clean. The frontline counter staff is helpful."

"The hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times. The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay."

"The “airport” part of the name here refers to the fact that you can get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel. It’s a little frustrating that it’s so far away from the actual airport.  The room was clean and well appointed, with a fridge and microwave, tv and clock radio. Beds clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the restaurant but the lobby area was clean and well lit. The wifi was fast."

"Hotel was alright but starting to show its age. The nightstand in our room was on the verge of ripping off the wall and one of the tiles in the bathroom was loose. The building itself and lobby were nice. The AC was amazing though and the hotel was very clean."

"Stayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting. The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant. The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good. The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it. Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens. I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport."

"I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service you provide. We truly appreciate the meticulous attention you give to ensuring our room is cleaned every day. It's such a relief to know that we can come back to a spotless and welcoming environment after our busy days. Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and it greatly contributes to our comfort and satisfaction. We feel incredibly fortunate to have a reliable service that prioritizes cleanliness and detail. Thank you once again for everything you do. We look forward to continuing our association with you!"

"The stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish! One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us. Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and airport-friendly stay in the city.”"
