"The King Jetted Tub Suite was a delight. We loved it especially my infant who was very happy to enjoy a good time with mum and dad in the Jet Tub. Room/Facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast came in handy. The ladies at the breakfast place were very helpful too. Highly recommend!"

"I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website."

"Hotel was alright but starting to show its age. The nightstand in our room was on the verge of ripping off the wall and one of the tiles in the bathroom was loose. The building itself and lobby were nice. The AC was amazing though and the hotel was very clean."

"The room is clean.Beddings are comfortable. Washroom is clean too. All the lights are in mood for a complete resting.The place is not noisy,you can have a relaxing rest before going to a long flight. The additional service of wake-up call is on point. Ms Rose in the lobby assisted us in check-in with all the information we needed.She is so accommodating. The free shuttle to airport is an add point too.Our driver is very helpful and always smiling."

"Stayed here at the start and at the end of my holidays. Arrived late after more than 24 hours travel and had to go around to find the shuttle bus stop, which was not easy as I read was near door R (terminal 1) and I couldn’t find it. Need to go down and only then you’ll see the R. Shuttle service is nice because it runs 24/7 but we were really unlucky and both times waited a long time for it. In the morning around 6:00am we almost couldn’t get in the shuttle as it is first come first serve but there’s not a queue and even though we were the first ones at ground floor others went inside first. I get that they don’t reserve the shuttle but could give a number when guests arrive at the hall for waiting. The staff was extremely nice during check in especially the girl on the first stay that explained everything about the pool and jacuzzi as well as the restaurant. The room is not that big but it’s usually just for a night stay and it’s enough! Toilet has all the amenities and water pressure was good. The pool and jacuzzi is open 24 hours but I didn’t had time to try it. Had breakfast during the first stay and it was better than I expected. There’s eggs, cereal, bread, a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, oat milk, fresh waffles. Really liked the breakfast but on the second stay e we had to leave at 6:00am and that’s the time the restaurant opens. I will definitely stay there again if I need a hotel to stay at Pearson airport."

"Great location near YYZ. Take the link train from T1 or T3 and get off at Viscount then hotel is right there next to the station. Easy check in with friendly staff. Restrauant on first floor was good and opened late for food. Comfortable bed and would stay again. Can take the luggage carts with you to your room, which is very convenient"

"Room is spaciously and location is convenient. Gas station is just a few steps away with Tim Horton where one can get coffee and bkft"

"I was satisfied with my stay at the Courtyard. I don't know if I needed to request cleaning services but nobody came to change sheets, towels or take the garbage out. other than that everything was good. Good reception Service since day one. Clean pool for the family, My grand kids loved it and I liked the gym. I would stay there again. Thank you! E. Martinez"

"This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!"

"Room had chemical smell. A strong one. Similar to new material gasing. Had to change room after waking up with headache. People were nice. Other room had same smell but much less and was tolerable. Gym should not be called a gym. One bench that is not stable. And dumbbells up to 35 lbs. Few cardio machine. Don't forget something there. As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do."
