Erinomainen hinta-suhde hotelli parhaan logistiikan saatat saada Kinugawa. Varusteet puutarha on tuoretta, palvelu on huippuluokka. Meille on erotettu, mutta se on vain yksi kylpyhuone, joka on odotettavissa pienistä hotelleista. Ainoa pieni häirintä, jonka voit kohtata, on myöhäinen yömelu, joka tulee avoimista ovista. Kokonaiskokemus oli erinomainen, valitsen tämän paikan uudelleen.

Meitä isännässä oli vanhempi pari, ja hänen perheenjäseniä. He olivat super kauniita, ystävällisiä ja viileä. Se on kuin heidän pieni perhe-yritys, maa-asunto oli länsimainen ravintola, toinen kerros eteenpäin olivat kaikki vierashuoneet. He osaavat vähän englantia, joten viestintä ei viisas mitään. Mitä me rakastamme tästä oleskelu on se, että toisin kuin huone kaunis järven näkymä, isäntä oli super apua, jotta voimme tallentaa matkatavarat heidän kanssaan jopa tavalla ennen check-in aikataulu. Hän tarjosi jopa lähettää meidät pesukauppaan, kun vain satunnaisesti kysymme häneltä pesu. Mikä todella yllätti minua eniten, oli, että hän jopa hakea meidät pesukaupasta, kun me oli tehty. Tulee varmasti takaisin tähän paikkaan, jos olen Nikko! Thumbs up! Super isäntä!! 😁

I went to Yumoto for hiking and found this wonderful place. The staffs are very helpful. Although, they cannot fully communicate in English. They are trying their best to make sure my stay is the best experience I have. Room is clean and has no AC.  Breakfast and dinner are traditional Japanese course and I love them.  About Onsen, it might not be in the best condition but it is good enough.  If I have a chance to return to Nikko, I will stay at this place again.

Pension was cosy, clean and well equipped. Bath includes onsen. breakfast and dinner can be arranged with the host for a reasonable charge. It is quite a walk from the bus stop with rather uneven road if you have wheeled luggage. Owner was nice to give us a ride out (at her convenience) to the bus stop. View from room of Mt nantai is lovely and it is convenient to visit the waterfalls...especially yudaki which was the best in my opinion.

Most of the reviews are outdated so I thought I'd give an updated review. For one thing, there is WiFi (I have informed the landlady that the website indicates otherwise). This place is a traditional-style inn. You'll be sleeping in a futon (some Google-fu should help you know how to use one), use two pairs of slippers (one for moving around the house, one exclusively for the toilet) and will also bathe in a Japanese-style shared bathroom. The front gate and bathroom close at 10pm, which is not an issue as everywhere in Nikko closes early and it's too dark to hike outdoors (in early Autumn). We loved using the onsen to relax after a day of strolling around and hiking, and the delicious Japanese-style breakfast was lovingly prepared by a friendly old granny. The premises are old but well-maintained. Toilets, bathroom and onsen were great but we were there during off-peak season so we didn't need to share so much. Should we return to Nikko, this place will be our first choice!

The place is a 25-30 minute walk from the Tobu Nikko station, but you can actually take bus going there. However we didn't know the buses only run until 3 in the afternoon so we had no choice but to walk an uphill road. However it was a very fun experience and the hike was worth it as soon as we were able to take a rest in this humble pension house. The owner was very accommodating, gave us strawberry ice cream and even offered us a ride to the station the next morning. I would say that this place gave us the best definition of ”omotenashi”. Someday when we go back in Nikko , we'll surely stay here once again.

This hotel was in a very beautiful, peaceful location. The room was very large with a shower room separate from the toilet. There were a couple of parking spaces, I would recommend driving as the stores are a bit farther away from this hotel

숙소에 늦게 도착하여 체크인 시간이 지았음에도 불구하고 잘 받아주셔서 감사했습니다. 숙소 내는 넓고 깨끗했으며 목욕탕 운영 시간도 길어서 좋았습니다.

Всё было великолепно! Мы жили здесь три дня в апреле 2024 года. Хозяева очень дружелюбные и внимательные. Завтрак и ужин были очень вкусные и большие, так что днём нам даже не хотелось обедать во время прогулки. В номере всё чисто и аккуратно. Место тихое и красивое. Рядом большой супермаркет со всем необходимым. Остановка автобуса на водопады и озеро тоже очень близко. Также поблизости находится публичный онсен, там тоже хорошо отдохнули. В общем нам всё очень понравилось! Спасибо!

Amazing place. Located close to Tobu World Square and Edo Wonderland. Private onsen at rooftop is awesome, can use together with your family and friends..: Public onsen located in second floor is great too.. bring some coins for foot and body massage chair and drinks after bath. The breakfast and dinner buffet are so great… love the choices they had ..: People are so friendly … We as a family are so great full for the amazing experiences… very much recommended…
