The Hotel was a bit difficult to find ( 20 minutes walking to the nearest subway-Jingdong Lu - Exit 5 or 6 - if Exit 5 turn left when you come outside and then cross the street at the KFC and walk across the street and then 800 metres straight to the hotel) but once there I was able to figure out the local logistics, so no problems after that. The facilities are Extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The one thing I would like to point out as far as EXCEPTIONAL service goes is that on my first night there I returned to the hotel in a taxi and accidentally left my mobile phone in the taxi. The night-shift girl there spent 2 or 3 hours dealing with the police on my behalf to find the taxi and have the phone retrieved successfully. It was totally INCREDIBLE for all of the work she put into successfully retrieving the phone for me, and I will be forever Grateful for her efforts and her intelligent tactics to make this happen with a Great successful ending. This would probably never happen elsewhere. I would 110 % recommend this hotel due to the Great staff there and Super Cleanliness and Service and I have travelled China immensely.

房間乾淨衞生，服務態度也很好，離南昌西站很近，挺方便的，樓下就有很多美食超市 超級方便，除了一大早有點吵，隔音不太好。但環境挺好的

很好的入住體驗！地鐵走兩三百米就到，很安靜。前台妹妹熱情可愛，有求必應！餐廳阿姨勤快熱情主動。熱水器水量大，朝南房間每天太陽曬得暖洋洋的。房間有暖氣。有機會再來南昌，這裏還是首選！

First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang. The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. If I had to mention a small drawback, it would be that the hotel does not have many luxury amenities like a gym, pool, or large restaurant. However, for the price and location, it offers exactly what most travelers need: a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with reliable service. In summary, MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch) offers excellent value for money. With its convenient metro access, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, it is a very good choice for visitors to Nanchang. I would happily recommend it to other travelers and would consider staying here again on my next trip.

Overall experience was great. Location is great and very near to Wan Shou Gong (walking distance). The room i booked is big and comfortable but sound proof is slightly weak. The room was actually having a strong smoking smell which i believe it was caused by the previous customer but very soon the smell was gone. We actually arrived few hours earlier but they still allow us to check in the room earlier so we could have a rest after a long distance of travel from changsha. They also provide coffee machine outside and some cooked tea and hot water. If you need laundry service, they provide as well (include detergent). I met 2 girls from the front office and all of them are so friendly and helpful!

Service and Support: The customer support is friendly, highly responsive on WeChat, and responds in a timely manner. Accommodation Quality: The room is clean, tidy, well-designed, and features new furniture. I especially appreciate the good condition of the toilet that makes the stay exceptionally comfortable for the guests. Thank you again for your services.

great location, 2-5 minutes walk to the mrt station depending on how fast you walk. mrt station is close to most things in the city/tourist area. there is a slight toilet smell when you first enter, the toilet seat was also slightly damp (perhaps from the cleaning after the last customer). the room is somewhat dark because there is only one source of yellow light on the ceiling, and 2 bedside lamps but not very helpful. not super foreigner accessible as the front desk receptionist doesn’t speak much english, so you will need to know a little chinese, but not anti-foreigner. overall a not bad, affordable hotel with a great way of traveling around the city, wish the lights were a bit brighter and there was no typical toilet smell.
