Ei ole mitään pahaa, että voimme ajatella sanoa tästä erityisestä Ji Hotel. Kaikki oli täydellistä. Lisäksi sanomme, että jos voisimme antaa enemmän kuin 5/5 palvelun, annamme 10/5. Kaikki henkilökunta oli erittäin nöyrä, miellyttävä ja apullinen virheen. Palvelu oli parempi, mitä saat paljon kalliimpia kansainvälisiä hotelliketjuja. Saapuimme hyvin myöhään yöllä ja meitä nälkä. Ulkomaalaiset eivät olleet puhelinsovelluksia ruokaa tilaamaan, vaan meille tilattiin ja he eivät halunneet palauttaa niitä ruokaa varten, jonka he toivat huoneeseemme, joka yllätti meidät, koska heillä on robotteja, jotka yleensä tekevät tämän heille. Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Upon check-in, I mentioned being a light sleeper, and the friendly staff member immediately provided a thoughtful care package of eye masks and earplugs. Furthermore, they demonstrated incredible flexibility by approving a significantly extended check-out time of 6:00 PM—a truly generous gesture that deeply enhanced the final day of our stay. The attentiveness was constant, even extending to small details like offering warm bottled drinking water both upon our return to the hotel and as we departed. This level of remarkable and consistent service is clearly a hallmark of the Atour brand, as I have experienced the same high standard here and at the Jingdezhen location (Tao Xi Chuan).

It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Good location within easy walking distance to Metro Line 2 station. Hotel staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was fitted with all the modern technologies for a comfortable stay. Wireless internet was a bit sluggish at times. Unfortunately, some guests felt it was appropriate to smoke on a non-smoking floor. But this was not the fault of the hotel. Would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). Helpful staff and good location for breakfast and meals 5-10min away from hotel. Clean and good amenities for laundry and decent gym.

When booking this hotel on trip.com make surety check if you are booking the Walton ACA or Wellton as they are sister hotels but. in two separate buildings. The Walton has only 6 floors and the Walton more. It was little confusing when we first arrived as to which hotel we had booked. We decided to stay in the Wellton hotel. reception was very nice and patiently explained the hotel situation. Very friendly and good sense of humor so its wasn't a bother to us. They brought us up a welcoming fruit plate. nice touch. the room was nice and clean. big enough. The was super comfy. they offer soft and hard pillows. The hotel offers breakfast in the other building but we never woke up early enough to catch breakfast so can't comment on that. Its within walking distance of the Mix C (10-15 mins walk) and to the ferris wheel. check out was smooth. overall a good stay.
