"The overall atmosphere of the place gives off a relaxing, chill resort vibe. The lobby was welcoming, and the reception staff were all very friendly. However, do note that certain areas could use a bit of maintenance, and the rooms aren't soundproof—you might hear birds or even the toilet flushing from nearby rooms at night. The view is lovely, though the sea view was blocked by trees, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service team was excellent—warm, attentive, and cheerful. Honestly, this is the kind of resort where the people shine more than the facilities. Well done to all the staff!"

Only kids club everything with charge fee if you don’t pay money kids a lone inside just play herself we didn’t see any free activity just this is not good but they really friendly and polite we satisfied and we were happy with the hotel amenities. We can stay also next time when we come back to Krabi.also they helped us for late check out they are really friendly"

"I stayed at Varana Hotel for three nights on my solo birthday trip, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. On my first day, I tried the NAAM hydrotherapy, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long drive—so relaxing and calming. The staff were great at explaining each step, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also had an aromatherapy massage, which was equally relaxing. The therapist was polite, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The gym is brand new and impressively well-equipped, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic—both in taste and the stunning view that came with it. What made my stay truly special, though, were the people. The staff, especially those at SALA, were incredibly warm and attentive. They often stopped by to chat and offered thoughtful recommendations on activities and places to visit. As someone traveling solo for the first time, I felt so welcomed and cared for—alone, but never lonely. To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a heartwarming touch. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and meaningful getaway."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"
