Without doubt this was the best place we've stayed in during our six visits to Thailand. The location was stunning. The level of service and unfailingly courteous and friendly attitude from every single member of staff was something to behold. And you could tell that this attitude stemmed from the owners themselves, who were so warm but professional in all their dealings with everyone. This attitude was infectious, and we found that all the guests were relaxed, and perhaps engaged more with people who they'd not normally mix with. A truly magnificent facility, which perfectly matched its jaw dropplinly stunning location.

Beautiful Stay 😊 The moment you arrived it was just awesome and rooms are just wow with every small amenities inside. We booked Deluxe room with sea view and view from Balcony just calm and beautiful. Hotel is just walking distance from Harbour and well connected to market and seven eleven is just next to hotel. Always my first choice whenever I return to Phi Phi.

This charming hotel surprised us with its delightful location, just a 17-minute walk from Ao Nang beach. Perfect for those seeking a quieter escape while still being close to the action. Upon arrival, even though we were ahead of schedule for check-in, the friendly hostess went above and beyond to accommodate us. She graciously stored our luggage so we could explore the area worry-free until our room was ready. The hotel has two inviting swimming pools, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic base for our Krabi adventure. We highly recommend it for travelers seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay near Ao Nang Beach.

We had a small familiy reunion, and stayed at The Cove for 4 nights. We enjoyed it. The beach is lovely and right there. You can swim and snorkel any time of the day. The cabins are cute and have a small kettle and fridge. They have good food which is not too expensive and their service is alright, they changed our room with no issues and fixed things when we had issues. They have boat trips which we enjoyed that leave from the resort. There is a hike from the resort to the main pier and has amazing views, but it is toughz Overall we all had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway with no rush.

A porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs. The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright.  This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become.

Hotelli varattiin ja maksettiin verkossa, eikä mikään näistä puutteista näy kuvissa. Ainoa asia, joka todella ilahdutti minua henkilökunnan lisäksi, oli sijainti, kaikki on siellä ja ranta on 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, siellä on myös uima-allas.

Замечательное место для уединённого семейного отдыха, прекрасный пляж в пешей доступности, замечательный вид из бунгало, вкусные завтраки. Отдельно спасибо персоналу за бесплатный трансфер от пирса до отеля и обратно, за приветственную встречу с охлажденными полотенцами и соком. Отдельное пожелание к отелю о предоставлении антимосктной спирали на террасе бунгало. Большое спасибо за приятный отдых
