"Hotelli itsessään on rakennettu kuin tukikohta, jossa on paljon pieniä, kuluneita majataloja. Vessat ja suihkut haisevat ajoittain viemärille, hyttysiä on paljon (tuo hyttyskarkotteet ja raptor-lintu huoneeseesi), ja vuorovesi on erittäin voimakas, mikä tekee uimisesta epämiellyttävää. Aamiaiset ovat vaatimattomia, kahvi on huonoa, mutta lähellä on kahviloita, joten kahvin ja ruoan ystävien ei pitäisi olla pettyneitä. Perheeni ja minä emme olleet vaikuttuneita tästä paikasta; halusimme käydä Krabilla itse, ja teimme niin, vaikka turisteja oli paljon (ilmeisesti he käyvät kalliokiipeilemässä, koska siellä on paljon jyrkkiä kallioita). Kaiken kaikkiaan antaisin hotellille vankan arvosanan 3, aamiaisille 3-, henkilökunnalle 5 ja enintään kahden tai kolmen päivän oleskelun, ellet ole kalliokiipeilijä. P.S. Suosittelen käymään paikassa, jossa asuu useita apinaperheitä (ne ovat hauskoja, lapset pitävät siitä mielenkiintoisena) ja lähellä sitä on hyvä kahvila Sabai Sabai -kahvila, se ei näytä kovin hyvältä, mutta söimme siellä useita kertoja, eikä se pettänyt meitä."

"Here's a short review in English based on your notes: --- This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option."

"The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. We were also not told that on the resort is a mosque and you will be woken up to the call of prayer frequently. I have no problem with people exercising there religious traditions I would just like a forewarning about being woken at 5AM to hear the it."

"It was an absolute fabulous stay! The staff were very friendly, especially at the bar and the restaurant - we had a picky eater in the group and the chef prepped special food for us from back home and even entertained special requests. The views were fantastic, especially from the pool deck. One down side would be that the hotel doesn't have direct sandy beach access, but you can swim into the shallow sea no problem. Was the highlight of our Thailand trip and made us feel like we are in paradise. PS the view from the rooms amazing (2nd and 3rd pic)"

"The overall atmosphere of the place gives off a relaxing, chill resort vibe. The lobby was welcoming, and the reception staff were all very friendly. You’ll definitely feel a touch of nature throughout the stay. However, do note that certain areas could use a bit of maintenance, and the rooms aren't soundproof—you might hear birds or even the toilet flushing from nearby rooms at night. The view is lovely, though the sea view was blocked by trees, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the service team was excellent—warm, attentive, and cheerful. Honestly, this is the kind of resort where the people shine more than the facilities. Well done to all the staff!"

"Voit viettää parantavan loman luonnossa. Sain aloittaa vierailuni hyvällä vaikutelmalla tervetuliaisdrinkillä ja tuk-tuk-palvelulla, joka pudotti minut majoituksen eteen. "How can a hotel that uses plastic in the bathroom—which is extremely unhygienic—be considered a 5-star hotel? This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. When we arrived, the entire room smelled strongly of disinfectant. We ordered food by the pool, and the food was very average. At breakfast, as soon as you enter the fruit section, there is an unpleasant smell. Overall, the cost-benefit of this hotel is far from the price they charge and the rating they claim to have."
