Se oli ensimmäinen kerta, kun yöpyin Grand Hyatt Bangkokissa, ja se oli hieno kokemus. Aamiaisbuffet on erittäin runsas ja hinta erittäin kohtuullinen. Palveluhenkilökunta on melko ystävällistä ja kohteliasta. Illallisbuffetin mereneläviä on parannettava, ja hinta on todellakin korkealla puolella. Henkilökunta, joka tervehti meitä ovella, oli erittäin omistautunut ja auttoi soittamaan autoon ja kopioimaan auton numeron. Uintiympäristö on melko hyvä ja siivous on erittäin huolellista.

Location is super convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is extensive! Lots to choose from. Room comes with complimentary bottled water. There is a welcome drink at the Sky bar which you can choose from 2 alcoholic 1 non alcoholic options.

Toisen kerran yöpyessäsi tässä hotellissa huonevarustelu on erittäin hyvä ja riittävän suuri, sijainti on myös erittäin hyvä lähellä BTS:ää, mutta on kaksi asiaa, joita voitaisiin parantaa, ystäväni ja minä varasimme kumpikin kaksi huonetta, meillä molemmilla oli ystävän syntymäpäivä, mutta toisessa huoneessa ei Syntymäpäiväkakku Toisessa huoneessa oli syntymäpäiväkakku, ihmettelin jos vastaanottovirkailija ei ollut tarkkaavainen, vesi ei ollut tarpeeksi paine suihkussa vesi oli pieni, toinen aamiaisvaihtoehto oli hyvin vähän, mutta maku oli hyvä!

The Hotel is certainly classy, but that comes at a price point. The rooftop terrace is spectacular. The only point which was a little sad: we arrived a bit delayed and had massive traffic jam to get to the hotel. We arrived 5:25pm and could have made it to the sunset on the rooftop. But unfortunately the check in process was for no understandable reasons very long. Tjere was absolutely no one else to check in but the boy who took out passports was obviously not very experienced. He kept on looking at the passport and searching something. In his computer. It honestly felt a bit like a bad comedy. He did that procedure for a sensational 27 minutes. But those were the minutes we lost to make it to the sunset. We arrived in the room and had to wait for the luggage to arrive. Until we arrived in the restaurant at 6:05pm the sun was already down. Besides that, the rooftop experience was still extraordinary. Least but not last also because of the waiter, who was just born for that job. The food quality was intermediate, certainly for that price ( Solid 200€ ) you can eat better, just not with that outlook.

Hotellissa on puolisuunnikkaan muotoinen sisäpuoli Chao Phraya -joelle päin, ja useimmista huoneista on näkymät uima-altaalle ja joen rannalle. Aamiainen oli runsas ja tyydyttävä useilla juustoilla ja marinoiduilla oliiveilla. Vaikka huonevarustelu on hieman vanhentunut, puutteita ei piiloteta. Hotellissa on erillinen laituri ja lautta. Läheiselle Sathorn MRT Center -asemalle liikennöi päivittäin kymmeniä lentoja, joten sinne pääsee helposti metroon ja muihin lautoihin. Se on vain yhden lauttapysäkin päässä kuuluisasta Siam City Mall -ostoskeskuksesta. Hotelli on vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä Hui Tian Lun Amu*****t -ostoskeskuksesta, joka on erittäin kätevä ruokailu- ja ostosmahdollisuuksiin. Myös Chao Phraya River -yökierroksen aloituslaituri on täällä. Erittäin suositeltavaa. Bangkok was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we booked this hotel as a treat to end our trip given it's 5 star status. We were left very disappointed... The lobby is lovely and is indicative of a high end hotel but that's where it ended unfortunately. The rooms are 3 star at best. We had booked a room with a balcony specifically but the initial room we were given didn't have one. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a balcony, however the balcony was surrounded by fans so we had limited views. We were offered another room on our second day with a better balcony but the room itself was smaller so we opted to stay where we were. From what we could see, none of the balconies are great so I would avoid paying the extra for rooms with them. The pool is cold and in need of some work, the grout is coming away in many areas creating sharp edges in spots. Also not 5 star quality. Breakfast was the nicest setup and offering we had seen in Thailand.

Supercool apartments and excellent views. So if you are looking for taking cool pictures to Instagram this is a cool place! The beds are also comfortble and it’s good with Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Good with well equiped kitchen. But no towel and wash liquid. Why? Things that LOOOK good they have but things that people need - they dont.  Lawson and small restaurant/shops outside is good service. Hotel is far from Rama 9 MRT so you need a car or taxi or Bolt. Gym is very small. If more than 8 people its full.  The hotels biggest problem is the problem with moist and the bad smell. The whole lobby, and area around the elevators stink. And floor 10 has problems with moist and soon to come mold. The first room we were given had big purpur and punk spots on the Wall and they had sprayer the room with something to hide the smell. They also told is its best of we didn’t use the shower in the top floor.  When we complained and showed them pictures we could change room to a room om floor 12 and this was much better. But I am disappointed that gave out the first room since they knew it had problems with moist. Reading other reviews I understand the same problems exist in more rooms. The hotel should stop rentinh this rooms out immidiatly. The hotel itself  is still under construction. Painting is missing in some places. The swimmingpool is cold and has no towelservice. If you want a pool towel you have to go all the way down to lobby and kindly sign up for a towel. Since only 2/7 elevators are working there are many stops  of the way down.  So overall 3/5. Could be so much better than it is!

We stayed at the hotel with the whole family: 2 adults and two children, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is very important to us, and here it was really good: there's an egg station, yogurts, fresh greens and vegetables, waffles, pancakes, lots of pastries and desserts. I missed a bit of variety in the tea selection, and the coffee quality could be improved, but in all other aspects, the breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The soundproofing in the rooms I would rate 7/10; you can slightly hear what's happening in the hallway, but it doesn't disturb sleep. We also liked the spa, although the sauna in the women's changing room was turned off, and unfortunately, there was no one at the spa reception for 2 hours to ask to turn it on. The pool is cool, but since it was 33 degrees outside, it was pleasant to swim in. The hotel has a large, secure parking lot where we left our car for the entire stay. Transport accessibility is very good. They have installed new elevators, so there are no issues with them now. We happened to be there for Chinese New Year and saw a performance that took place in the lobby on the first floor. We really liked it and would be happy to return here again.

This is a fun and quirky place to stay. Clean and tidy with excellent customer service. We were in the 2nd floor and our balcony did not have a view, but this did not bother us as we were either outside or just chilling indoors. The lobby are and the rooftop bar and restaurant is a vibe on its own. I had a mocktail (mango colado - did not like it) and mago sticky rice (this I loved). If you are wanting to go for a swim or do laundry please note this is in the building next to the 7/11 about 3mins away from the hotel. The swim/sauna is free entry, while the selfservice washing is 20bhat, and drying is 10bhat for 7 minutes. Depending on your load you may need to put more coins in until it dries. Please note it would have been nice if ghere was a clothes hanger in the balcony, with the heat the clothes can dry easily. I also loved that we can grab order our food - so if you are on a budget and cannot afford the restaurant food (it is not that expensive though) you can look for more options on grab. However please note you will have to pin the hotel location to the front entrance as it defaults to the back entrance. The MRT is about a 8min walk from the hotel, we struggled getting their the first day but after that it was easy enough changing from MRT to BTS....we ordered grab on days that was too hot and we did not feel like walking. Please note the MRT and BTS are cheaper when you travel longer distances. Overall great place to stay. Clean rooms, helfull people and a wonderful experience.

Located on Langsuan Road, this hotel offers excellent privacy with its entrance accessible by car, creating a very quiet environment. Guests are primarily from Europe, America, the Middle East, and South Asia. The hotel also features a rooftop swimming pool. The staff provides excellent service and are quick to handle any emergencies. Its convenient location makes it a great choice for your Bangkok trip.
