Great location for those who like to experience local Xi'an lifestyle. Surrounded by friendly neighbourhoods and lots of food choices day and night. Very convenience with shopping malls nearby and metro just few hundred meters away. I was upgraded to a higher floor room, but the view is not as good as I thought. Room are ok but personally I do not like central control air-conditioner. I prefer to control the temperature I like. I would like to praise hotel staff He Ya Ping for her great service and I have a pleasant stay for 10 days.

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

We checked in around 12 min night and was served by Ms Loopy. She also slept helpful to share with us where we could get our yummy supper and also sending us various links that we could explore for the next two days. The room was spacious compared to other other hotels we have stayed during this trip. Upon knowing one of the rooms were celebrating their wedding anniversary, she made a personalised card for them in the wee hour. The toilets were also very spacious with both a shower and a large bathtub which were both very enjoyable. The only shortfall was we were unavailable to swim in the pool as we were not aware of the requirement to wear a cap. Suggest the hotel to keep visitors informed of the detail prior to others' trip. English Version Ritz-Carlton Xi’an is easily the best hotel in Xi’an. If you’re looking for a truly service-cultured property, look no further. Although the hotel was built in 2019 and the facilities may not be as new as some others in the city, they more than make up for it with their exemplary service. From check-in to check-out, every step was executed with precision and care. I came to Xi’an as a tourist, but honestly felt more like an emperor 🤣. A special shoutout to the Club Lounge team led by Ms. Joyce, who delivered flawless and heartfelt service — they deserve 100% recognition. And Mr. Marshall from Concierge was incredible as well, offering excellent recommendations and support beyond what anyone could imagine. Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful. Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access. Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc. The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy. Was a nice stay overall.

Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Xi’an North was pleasant — the facilities, cleanliness, and room quality were excellent, and the staff were polite and professional. Everything in the hotel is well maintained, and the environment feels comfortable and modern. However, the check-in process took quite a long time. I understand that guests in the executive suite are allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, but the cleaning of those rooms takes about an hour or more. This means that if the previous guests delay their departure, the next guests (like me) may not be able to check in until well after 3 PM. Because of this delay, my schedule for the whole afternoon was affected as I had to wait in the lobby. I hope the management can consider stricter control on late check-outs or faster room-turnover coordination, so that incoming guests don’t have to wait beyond the normal check-in time. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and I would love to come back again if the check-in process becomes smoother.

This is one of the nicest stays foe me in Xi'an in recent memory. The hotel was at a great location and staff were extremely helpful. I had a request to print few pictures from my iPhone, the gentle man in the service desk on June 28 went above and beyond to help me download the pictures and reformat them and print out! He even went to office to photo copy another set of the picture for me. I really appreciate the help. The food was great also, and enjoyed it very much. I missed the bar at the 51st floor. I had good time there listening to music and live show many years ago before the COVID-19. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Xi'an. A job well done, thanks. Terry Yan

She ensures a warm and seamless guest experience with her professionalism and attentiveness. Chef Yuan is equally commendable for his culinary expertise and hospitality. He is affable, polite, and highly capable, delivering quality dishes with great care. I enjoyed my stay but it was not really what I expected. The Hilton Hotel is known for its top class service but I did not experience that level of service. The furniture needs an upgrade and not all the facilities worked. At the office desk where I did my work, the USB charging point did not work. The carpet on the otherhand smelled damp especially when I walked into the room. The hair conditioner bottle was empty when I wanted to use it. Unfortunately, I only discovered this once I have already shampooed my hair so there was no turning back. The rooms are are in great need of repainting. At one point I was considering upgrading to the executive room because I book these type of hotels for the high level of service from the staff and the 5-Star facilities. I have membership with the Hyatt Hotel but wanted something different for my few days break. At the Hyatt, they even bring you your first cup of coffee as soon as you arrive at breakfast and will keep on checking on you. This is what I call service. Some months ago I stayed in the Hilton in Suzhou and it was amazing. Their breakfast was top notch and beautifully presented. Having said that, my stay at the Hilton High Tech Zone was pleasant, but I will need convincing to stay there again. The hotel is a bit isolated but a 10min drive to one of the high end malls.
