Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. "We had a lovely stay here, we got upgraded to a river view room and the view, despite the grey sky, was great. The room and the bed was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom clean and including all amenities. We also got to enjoy the pool and the gym. It's also a nice short walk to the old city centre. Definitely recommended!"

"The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Good location if you like to be around the Venetian series of properties. The hotel is in between Parisian and Venetian. Some of the rooms can enjoy the Eiffel Tower view. There is a casino right below the hotel, but it is small with very few variety of games. I originally thought the casino below the Four Seasons would have more games, such as blackjack, texas poker and card games, but the tables there were mainly baccarat tables, making it a bit boring. Service is very good. Staff is mostly attentive. Facilities ok, but would be better if there can be a very cool plunge pool next to or inside the sauna room as that would make the sauna experience better."

"We stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip."
