"The check in was quick and we got into the room soon after we'd arrived. We ordered some food that was delivered to our room. The choice was slim at that time since it was already past 9 pm. The pasta was okay, but fish and chips we didn't enjoy so much. Breakfast was fine. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The location is a bit far away from the city center, but every 15 or so minutes, the hotel staff could help you call a taxi. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you."

"The walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay."

"It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!"

Kuljetus on myös kätevä Gongbein satamasta hotellille, ja mene Sea Cube -bussilla ja kävele sitten muutaman minuutin. Myös bussit kulkevat hotellin edessä. Kun olet laskenut matkatavarasi, voit mennä bussilla Sea Cubesta Grand Lisboaan tai bussilla Sandsin viereen. Hotelli vaatii 500 talletuksen, ja voit tallettaa sen myös RMB:nä matkustaessasi bussilla Macaossa, joka maksaa 6 yuania per henkilö."
