VVieraskäyttäjäIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

RRunrun1314We had a blast during our stay in Andaz unexpectedly. We came with family and kids love to play the Waterpark in galaxy! Hotel is quite new and facilities were all top notch! Rea and Charles at the concierge counter was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful stay! ❤️❤️❤️

VVieraskäyttäjäSpacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient.
房間很大，有一大一小兩個廳，一個大更衣室，獨立廁所、獨立的淋浴間跟浴缸。飯店服務很好，酒店地點雖較偏，不過還是很方便。

VVieraskäyttäjäAn absolutely outstanding hotel experience. If you are visiting Macau, staying in Taipa is essential, and this property elevates that experience to another level. The uninterrupted panoramic views were truly breathtaking, creating a sense of luxury and serenity throughout our stay.
The room featured state-of-the-art technology, far exceeding the standards of most hotels, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed.
Without question, this has been one of the most impressive and memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them.
Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!”
I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

HHufaitThis hotel is extremely stingy about giving extra towel and water. All needs to be charge. Even ask changing the bed sheet myself. Old hotel that smell rotten sweat on the pillow and moist on the floor.

VVieraskäyttäjäNice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.

NNari.Pousada Marina Infante is a comfortable and well-located hotel that offers a balanced stay for travelers looking to explore Macau without the overwhelming luxury or crowds of the major casino resorts. Situated on Taipa Island, the hotel enjoys a strategic position close to both cultural attractions and modern entertainment, making it suitable for leisure travelers, short business stays, and first-time visitors to Macau.
One of the hotel’s strongest points is its convenient location. Pousada Marina Infante is within walking distance of Taipa Ferry Terminal, making arrivals from Hong Kong or other nearby regions smooth and stress-free. Popular destinations such as Taipa Village, Cotai Strip casinos, and shopping centers are only a short taxi ride away. Despite its accessibility, the hotel is set slightly away from the busiest areas, offering a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere compared to the large integrated resorts.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. While the design is somewhat traditional and not particularly modern, it provides a comfortable and functional environment. Many rooms offer pleasant views of the marina or surrounding greenery, which adds to the calm ambiance. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works efficiently, and basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and work desks are provided. For travelers who value practicality over luxury, the rooms meet expectations well.
Service at Pousada Marina Infante is generally friendly and professional. The front desk staff are helpful, courteous, and willing to assist with directions, transportation arrangements, or local recommendations. English communication is adequate, which is reassuring for international travelers. Housekeeping maintains a consistent standard, ensuring that rooms remain tidy throughout the stay.
The hotel also features useful facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. While not extensive, these amenities are sufficient for guests who want to relax or stay active during their trip. The on-site restaurant offers a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, suitable for breakfast or a simple meal, though guests seeking more diverse dining options may prefer nearby local eateries or Cotai’s restaurant scene.
Overall, Pousada Marina Infante provides solid value for money in Macau, especially for travelers who prioritize location, comfort, and affordability over extravagant luxury. It is an ideal choice for those planning to explore both Taipa and the main Macau Peninsula, or for visitors who want a peaceful base away from the noise of large casinos. While it may not impress with cutting-edge design or high-end facilities, its reliability, convenience, and calm environment make it a dependable and pleasant place to stay.
