This hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive - special thanks to Edison for his outstanding service. The breakfast buffet offered delicious variety with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Prime location within walking distance to major attractions. Beds were supremely comfortable with luxury linens. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. The rooftop bar has stunning city views. Impeccable attention to detail throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and will certainly return on our next trip. Worth every penny!

The hotel is located on top of the main street, and reaching it requires a lift and lifting luggage via several steps. However, the area is surrounded by hotels, cafes, eateries and places of interest. Many young people took photographs and videos capturing the scenic landscape. Likewise, the main street is filled with local and international shops and restaurants. The hotel service is impeccable, and the receptionists are helpful and courteous. A room upgrade was offered without additional charges and its facilities are clean, comfortable and commendable. Thank you for making this a memorable holiday!

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were amazing – very spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It was the perfect place to relax. The food was good and we enjoyed our meals, though a slightly wider selection would make it even better. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others.

It's location is good with riverview and within walking distance to mrt. The room size is good, not too small, the toilet is spilt to left and right, good for 2 person to use at the same time, only issue is only 1 waste paper basket, the shower room should have 1 too. The breakfast buffet spread is also good, with both western and local cuisine to chose from. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, there is a shelve and room for parcels storage, no need to worry that they will be left outside the hotel in the hot sun. The staff are extremely helpful, as I just realised that I have forgotten to collect 2 parcels after returning home, they help me to resent them to my warehouse in China. Thumbs up!!! All concert goers, takenote this hotel got free shuttle service back from stadium for guests with bookings in advance.

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at ZhongYuan Hotel, and our experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the warm and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend ZhongYuan Hotel. Definitely a five-star experience

Wonderful service and experience from the start to the finish. The staff went out of their way to ensure that our family were comfortable. The home from home service was exactly what was needed when looking for a chilled beach holiday. The hotel was close to the main beach Longwangtou (Less than 10 minutes by taxi. Also it is close to Pingtan railway if you want a convenient trip into Fuzhou city. The rooms were very clean, there is a jacuzzi in the garden. The manager and staff were very attentive. I would certainly recommend it and book again next time!

Nice location and the hot springs was nice. Romantic room and the private hot tub on the balcony was OK The only drawback was that they don't accept western credit cards and you shouldn't expect a western breakfast. But the breakfast was still good if you appreciate Chinese food.

I forgot to take photos of the room. But this place is definitely a chill place to stay if you have already explored Fu Zhou 福州 or don't mind paying for taxi to go from places to places in Fu Zhou. This is basically a spa place that has hotel accommodation. Booking the hotel gives 2 free tickets to the spa that has pools of various degrees of hotness. The room has its own private mini spa bathtub. Is quite cool! Can also order for the spa massage to come to the room.
