We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were amazing – very spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It was the perfect place to relax. The food was good and we enjoyed our meals, though a slightly wider selection would make it even better. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others.

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

It was a very comfortable stay. Convenient if you’re planning to visit mountains around Yongtai area. Hotsprings at the facility is a great touch to the experience. Breakfast is not as good as it could be. More options would be welcomed.

房間位置還不錯-很安靜 隔音也好，因為大部分都是帶孩子的，幾乎聽不到； 前台都是年輕的孩子， 顯得很匆忙； 退房很容易- 這很人性化；也很好叫車； 一次性水杯沒有密封袋，可以改進一下； 因為自身原因沒有泡温泉，暫不評價～ 早餐的話- 咖啡機壞了，心情不美麗了，早餐供應還算OK，畢竟旺季的價格也不能期待更多～ 下次有機會去感覺一下温泉～

My stay was very pleasant. The staff are very cordial and gracious. I met great staff like 冯杰, and especially 董剑煒， who even assisted me beyond their job capacity. The environment was nice and the hotel was closed to the city area. The room was clean

I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We booked 3 rooms, and they upgraded 2 of our rooms for free for our convenience, so that our family could be together. The outdoor hot spring experience was also great. There were over 10 hot springs to choose from, and they were very clean with great views. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. I would recommend getting the combo meal (depending on the number of your party), to taste a little bit of everything. The free breakfast selection is also great, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that they don't have change if you pay in cash, so make sure you have WeChat Pay or AliPay.

Space Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.  The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah! When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides). Stand-outs:  + the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken! + the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland! + kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

The room is big and clean. Breakfast was amazingly great. The public hot spring was spacious with different types of pool and scenery. The private hot spring in the room has big water current and can be filled up quickly. The service by 小叶子 was the best thing throughout the stay, she’s attentive and guided us on how to use the public hot spring and even borrowed me her personal nail clipper. People like her are hard to find nowadays. She deserves to be promoted for her service! 房间很大很干净。早餐很棒。公共温泉很宽敞，有不同类型的游泳池和风景。房间里的私人温泉水流很大，很快就能装满。小叶子的服务是整个住宿期间最好的，她很细心，指导我们如何使用公共温泉，甚至借给我她的私人指甲刀。现在很难找到像她这样的人了。她的服务值得提升！

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was also very convenient, which made everything even better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would be happy to come back again.
