It has been forth time staying this hotel. - location is closed to a business center, office building, park, supermarkets, restaurant&cafe, and metro in a walking distance. And it's 20-30 mins by car to Hongqiao rail way station and airport. But the metro is approx 1km which is not so close to walk - The hotel vibe is really good. It's quiet and relax hotel. There is a good tea and snack prepared for guess at the lobby - Staffs cannot speak English but helpful and service mind. We can communicate through the translator on mobile. Communication is not a problem - Breakfast is quality and varieties which some menu could be changed daily but some is fixed - the picture I shared is a nearby park which you can walk to relax and enjoy Shanghai life in the morning time

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay – 100/10 Experience! My stay at Joya Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is fascinating, extremely aesthetic, and beautifully designed, every corner feels elegant and calming. The room was perfect, spotless, and the river view was a solid 10/10, absolutely breathtaking both day and night. The service is beyond excellent (10/10). The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even though English is not very common and communication in China can sometimes be challenging, the staff here go above and beyond to help, with patience and a big smile. A special and heartfelt thank you to Alpin and Doris at the reception 🤍 They were outstanding, so friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly made my stay smooth and memorable. Despite any language barriers, they always insisted on helping and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They also provide luggage storage for any one who need so its a plus 👍 The room is in the 22nd floor✨ The checkout is spposed to be at 2pm they made mus do late checkout after 4:30pm !😁

I recently stayed for 9 days at the Joya Hotel in Gubei, Shanghai, and had a great overall experience. The hotel is modern, elegant, and exceptionally clean. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a stylish bathroom, and great soundproofing — perfect for resting after long days in the city. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, even with limited English. The location in Gubei is fantastic — close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and within walking distance to metro lines, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The area feels very safe and quiet, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The daily housekeeping was consistent, and small details like free water and well-maintained amenities made the stay even better. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for work. Overall, Joya Hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience — I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Hotel with stylish Chinses decroration, perfect location surounded by supermarket, gardens and museum also with the old town street. The warmest is the people here. We met Ms.Zhang at the front desk when we check-in she is so.nice we felt back to home.Highly recommaded and surely will stay in the hotel next time.
