This hotel is very convenient to use MRT because it is in front line 4 exit 3 but the service is not that good and the food of breakfast is variety. Also there is shopping mall next to hotel. However if you want to use this hotel to exhibition (SNIEC) and Airport by MRT, it is better to select the hotel close to MRT line2. But by Taxi here is good one.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers. From the moment I arrived, the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well organized. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The hotel’s amenities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The front desk were very professional and the cleanliness of my room was outstanding. When I need to stay in this area of Shanghai again, I will definitely choose the Four Points.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I had an issue with my shipping address and my items were incorrectly sent to another hotel, the staff Manniya, went the extra mile to assist me to make things right! My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We even got a free room upgrade and a free gift to use at Disneyland upon checking in! The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of options and there was an egg station as well! There were also shuttle bus options to Disneyland, the Bund and even the airport. Really convenient to get around even though the hotel is located further from the city area. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

I cannot book the shuttle bus to Legoland because I arrived in the afternoon, which was rather disappointed. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean and suitable for families with young kids. It takes around rmb40 to go to Legoland.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!
