"Rooms are outdated but very spacious to other cities. I appreciate the Hilton Honour team being readily accessible by text which made things very convenient. I would recommend this place to my friends visiting Chicago."

我後來check out 那天上午，朋友幫我預約了一個City Architecture Tour, 要12點半結束，我説是否可以延到下午1點check out, 前台洋人美**意我2點check out.

"There was an unknown $200 fee that trip.com is not aware of that the hotel calls a ”resort fee”. This makes a good rate for staying in downtown Chicago very expensive. On the part of the hotel and possibly trip.com, this is deceptive. This fee is not published and there is no real alternative to paying it. We've stayed many times at this hotel for convenience to our convention which is held across the river. In mid-January, this has been a great choice."

"Erinomainen"

"The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!"

"Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Hope the information is helpful for you."

"Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc. Location was fab."
