The Hotel was very clean and had amazing staff. Great location and the soaking tub is a great touch for a romantic or just relaxing night. We usually stay at the Sheraton but after this stay we will be booking here instead going forward. Recommend 10/10

Really liked this studio apartment! Equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is great, just stone throw away from the red line subway. Good support/response from the apartment staff too.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends n family who want to visit Chicago. Great location and the facility is very well maintained and quite valuable for what I’m paying for. Two blocks away from Michigan Avenue and located in the MM area. Public transportation is accessible in all forms.

Amazing hotel all around. Convenient location and clean spacious room. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Chicago!

Claridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel had too many reservations for our room type and switched us too a larger room. Unfortunately the reason we booked the 2 double beds was because we were 2 opposite sex friends sharing a room. The hotel could only offer a roll-in or use of the rooms ”daybed”.  Additionally there was a large group staying in the hotel and the elevators became overwhelmed which meant we had to use the freight elevators. This was also true in the evenings for security reasons. Overall the staff did their best given the circumstances but it was not a great experience.

Отличный отель! Удобные кровати, чисто, уборка каждый день. Персонал - вежливый, приятный, отвечает на все вопросы. Из минусов - нет завтраков, что непривычно после Европы и Азии, но не существенно, так как рядом есть много мест, где можно вкусно поесть. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель.

good location clean spacious rooms with hot shower but the Bed! The best Bed Ever i have slept in! What a great nights sleep!  Surprised but the roof top bar great food and DJ Shout out to Tony mixologist and food recommendations! i should give it more stars but alas its a little dated and the coffee vouchers suck only drip or tea! and the girl at the coffee bar needs a schooling in happiness what a grouchy

サウスサイドという比較的危険な地域に位置していて夜出歩く際は細心の注意を払っていました。　加えて、ダウンタウンから1時間は離れているため些かアクセスは悪いと考えました。　ただ、室内には冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、二人分のベット、シャワールームやタオル、エアコンといった設備は行き届いていた点に関してはとても満足しました。 ただ、治安やアクセスの点に関してご留意ください。
