"The hotel’s location is excellent—only a 7-minute walk from the train station, and most of Rome’s must-see sights are within about 20 minutes. If you want to stay in the center of everything, this place is a great choice. However, the service was a nightmare. The elevator is almost a joke: maximum 2 people, extremely slow (luckily my room was on the 2nd floor). Maybe it’s cultural differences, but the staff here were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. My flight from Nice to Rome was canceled, which meant I lost a night at the Hive. I called to ask for help canceling that night—it wasn’t my fault for not showing up—but both Trip.com and the hotel staff were completely unhelpful. Very disappointing and frustrating. My room was close to construction, non-stop noise over the night. Bottom line: the location is great, but don’t expect any favors or kindness from the hotel. When you’re already stressed, their cold and unfriendly attitude will only make things worse."

"We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They had someone carry our bags to and from our room during check-in and check-out. Everything in the large room worked; it was clean, and there was a safe to store your valuables. As Americans, a few reminders or unexpected things to note. You'll need a power adapter (easily purchased on Amazon) and, unless you bring a voltage converter, make sure any appliances (CPAP, travel steamer/iron, etc) are compatible with both 110V and 220/230V. We didn't find washcloths in any of the hotels in Italy, so we just used hand towels in the shower. The shower at this hotel (both rooms) was a bath/shower combination. There was no shower curtain or door, only a small partition near the removable shower head to keep the water from splashing everywhere, which it basically did. While it is a beautiful historic building, there are a couple of elevators at this hotel, so you don't need to lug your stuff up a bunch of stairs. The room key is enormous and they only give you one. We kept ours in the car whenever we left the hotel so we wouldn't carry it around. Even though we had a car, we found it more convenient to leave it at the hotel and take an Uber to Vatican City rather than walk more than a mile each way, which we also did twice. The area surrounding the hotel was historic and lots of fun. Plenty of places to shop and eat. The breakfast buffet at the hotel each morning was also superb. Plenty of hot and cold items to fill you up before trekking out. That's about it. Don't forget to check out the view from the rooftop at the hotel. Have a great time in Rome!"

"Great location, efficient speedy check-in. Super comfy mattress & pillows. Loved breakfast and gazing at the starry ceiling of the former chapel. John from the front desk provided excellent help for procuring a sim and lending me a charger. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Attentive service and good ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for the friendly service and clean spacious room. Super quiet for resting and close to shopping galore and fountain, steps etc… would come again for sure!"

"嚴格意義上來説，這算一個airbnb，衹有10-18提供check in服務，否則就是通過一系列短訊密碼，逐一破解 地理位置很好，走出來就是直通西班牙廣場的主街，走去噴泉也可以，樓下有家樂福，坐公交車也很近。地鐵就有點遠，但地鐵相對人多小偷多 浴巾不是每天換的，大概兩天一次，打掃還挺乾淨，就是早上窗外有點吵"

"Kattopuutarha on niin kaunis, ja sieltä on näkymä Pietarinkirkolle. Aamiainen on melko runsas, peukku ylös. Vastaanotto oli erittäin vieraanvarainen ja antoi meidän kirjautua sisään aikaisin. He kysyivät tietoa lentokenttäbussista, selittivät sen yksityiskohtaisesti ja auttoivat ottamaan valokuvan aikataulusta. Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla, 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Vatikaanista. Kuljin suositun välipalakaupan ohi ja ostin nippua suklaata. Pizzakauppa vinottain on myös hyvä."
