"We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by how extremely service-oriented the staff were—everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to the lady who assisted us during check-in; unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but she made us feel very welcome right from the start. The laundry service was a big plus and very convenient. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, there was a very sweet cleaning lady in the lobby who proactively helped us with our luggage when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast spread was also really good, with plenty of variety and a great way to start the day. Overall, the level of service truly stood out and made our stay extra pleasant."

"the hotel is conveniently located near to the metro and a short distance from the city center. it is cozy and has a good city view. the staff are friendly and helpful. you can request for assistance via wechat. the housekeeping staff is careful not to disturb me and keeps the room clean. i only have to tell them to spray air freshener once and they sprayed everyday during housekeeping. Walmart is opposite the road, so grocery shopping is easy."

"Excellent location within walking streets but in a quiet area. Only 500m from Exit E of Chaoyang Square metro. Many eateries around and is a great hotel for first timer to the city. For longer stay, it is possible air laundry on level 5. Friendly reception who helped to collect my online purchase. Definitely a hotel that is value for money."

"the hotel is conveniently located next to the main road. the subway entrance is just beside the hotel. our online purchases are signed by the front desk before we arrived at the hotel. that is very convenient. the staff is friendly and efficient. the room does not have windows and is beside the laundry room and lift, but sound proofing is still ok. the room is spacious and cozy, the bed is comfortable. the bathroom separation is great. there are many power outlets for charging our devices. there are also many lightning controls to suit the needs of lighting usage."

"We stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.) Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.) 2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room. 3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be."

"酒店設施確實有點老，不過地理位置還行，樓下就有個美食街，還挨着萬達廣場，訂的家庭房，價格也不貴，雖然設施確實挺老的了，桌子也挺舊的了，但是看的出來，酒店有在認真做衞生這一塊，房間打掃的還是挺乾淨的，也不潮，住的二十多層，特別表揚一下當天辦入住接待我們的前台小美女，態度超級好，還認真幫我們推薦本地人去的夜市和好吃的，工作非常認真，不好的一點是，酒店停車不是純免費，但詳情上確寫的免費停車，到店告知一個房間酒店衹提供一張24小時免費停車服務，而且停車場離酒店還有一點距離，行李多的話稍微要費點功夫，但價格和服務態度是讓我選擇住下的原因"

"The place is quite difficult to find (if we spoke Chinese we could have called to ask, but we don't). The location might be OK for people doing business near by, but for tourism, the neighborhood is not interesting, it is quite far and not well connected (metro station is quite a walk). The service was OK (one young man at the reception was quite helpful). The apartment looks like the photos were taken many years ago. Things are not that new, nor practical, nor so clean. In general the place needs a deep clean. The bathroom had a strong sewer smell (they did offer to change the room one day later, hut in a time that was not convenient for us). The good thing is that the bed looked and smelled very clean and the room was quiet."

Sain noin 31st kerros mutta vain 2 vanha tyyppi hissi , kun tarkistaa aikaa , tarvitse pitkä q odottaa hissi tai u valitsee mennä 1st sitten mennä alas vain onnistua saada hissi mennä alas ."
