This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine care. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond in every way. It didn’t feel like a hotel — it felt like staying at a close friend’s beautiful home. The room was spotless, elegant, and unbelievably comfortable. The view was so stunning I almost didn’t want to leave the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and quality. What truly sets this place apart is the heart of the team. Their smiles, kindness, and dedication made this trip unforgettable. Thank you for making me feel so special. Able to help collect parcels from TB (but don’t order too early, they might collect for 2 weeks only). Although some of my parcels being returned by them but they willing to help to deal and send all my parcels back🫶🏻 really appreciate all the services and helps provided by them. Also, ordering MT also very convenient, there are convenient shop also. It is near the GuangXi stadium for concert!! All and all, it is suitable for those coming for concerts~

We had a very nice stay in The Orange is red - Homestay. The hotel is clean and very cosy decorated. Very children friendly with cute beds for children and toys in every room. Our children had a very happy time there. The hotel owner and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. We felt there like at home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The most luxurious part of the room and what we were looking forward to was the hot tub with the forest view, which lived up to our expectations. The rest of the room was spacious and well-stocked. Also appreciated that the snacks and drinks in the mini-bar area were complementary.

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

This hotel located in a very good location in downtown Nanning. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. But the hotel is pretty old. The restaurant looks like a village eating place. The elevators are also old and very slow despite having 6 of them. These six elevators do not seem synced in service so you need to press different buttons for different cabins which makes a chaos as it stops them in many random floors where nobody is waiting to get in.

This place is nice and beautiful, cleanly kept and good helpful staff. However, there are a few things to note. For your first time, you'll probably have difficulty finding the place, only for the first time. It has very liniment temperature control, with the central heating and cooling only operating under specific circumstances. Be aware of that and bring the right clothing. And the water heater was a pain. It takes ages to warm up, and you'll need to flick a switch to turn it on, which you totally won't know about unless you ask. Old school indeed. If you're alright with these things, it'll be a fantastic stay for you! And the room entry is by access code, which means you can keep your card in the slot to have electricity even if you're out. Useful for charging things. The staff are fantastic, top notch.

This is a great hotel. The room is clean and spacious. It is also close to Mount Qingxiu, a China attraction area of class 5A (the highest class in China). The breakfast buffet is great. There is a restaurant just next to the hotel, where you can eat delicious Guangxi food, such as Nanning sour duck

Location is 2 mins from Metro station and direct line with Railway and Train stations. Check in and out is a breeze. Female dorm is safe for solo female backpacker and dorm bed with clean sheets and Wifi is of good speed and bathroom has hot-shower.
