Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

Minulla oli ihana oleskelu tässä hotellissa ja nautin todella lämmin vieraanvaraisuus, jonka omistajat, aviomies- ja vaimoryhmä olivat poikkeuksellisen ystävällisiä ja tervetulleita. Heti kun saapuin, he tekivät minut tuntemaan mukavaa ja huolehtineet hyvin, mikä lisäsi hyvin henkilökohtaisen kosketuksen kokemukseen. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvin, suuri nähtävyyksiä vain noin 15-minute ajaa pois, joten se on mukava näkyvyyttä, kun taas on edelleen poissa joukosta. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. Yksi miellyttävä yllätys oli sisäinen ateria. Ruoka maistui erinomaisesti ja oli erittäin kohtuuhintainen, tarjoavat suuria arvoja ja mukavuutta ilman, että tarvitsee syödä muualla. Tämä on kokonaisuudessaan puhdas, mukava hotelli, jossa on sydämellinen vieraanvaraisuus ja hyvä ruoka. Haluaisin mielelläni suositella sitä matkustajille, jotka etsivät tervetulleita oleskelua, jossa on helppo pääsy lähistöllä sisustus.

For the price paid, the hotel is good and clean. All the plugs are with universal plug so I don't even need to use my converter plug which is great! Due to the weather outside, inside can be quite stuffy as in Singapore we are too used to air-conditioning. But opening the window a little bit did help. They have a tub too.. nearby just behind the hotel there a playground and area to play with snow.. the big mall is also nearby..

We had an extremely pleasant stay! The hotel location is very convenient, close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room we stayed in had two bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. The room features a large window facing the street, which could be a minor issue for light sleepers, but earplugs easily solve that. A huge thanks to 花姐 (Ms. Hua), who was always available to assist us. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which truly made our trip to Harbin memorable for everyone!

The best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!! They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want. The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!! The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats. Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

At first, i only booked for one night. I requested a ski package that included ski lessons from the hotel operator. He also provided a pick up service for hotel guests from the train station. Upon arriving at the hotel, i was given early check in and went straight skiing. He also suggested that i visit snow town the following day. In the end, i extended my stay one more day. He personally drove me there and took very good care of me throughout the snow town trip, even though i was the only one joining the package. Excellent service was provided by the hotel operator. In the future, if i want to go skiing in yabuli again, i will definitely choose this hotel.

Decent place to stay. Personally I feel it's a little expensive for what you get as it is small and the lobby is small as well, but i guess it is Harbin price. I was expecting better from the adverts. I like the mini balcony, beautiful view. Good location, although a little far from the train station (tho still walkable) Downstairs is the popular Zhongyangdajie walking street. Walking distance to Songhua River and Stalin Park. Approximately 20mins cab to Ice Snow World & Siberian Tiger Park. Tourist tip: The actual hotel name is different. The actual hotel sign and Google Map shows as James Joyce Coffetel, on DiDi (local taxi app) to get there you put as Zhefei Hotel 2, Shangyou Street, Daoli
