We had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road. I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too. Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

這次旅行選對民宿真的賺了！完全不是那種冷冰冰的住宿，跟在親戚家待着似的，舒服到不想走～ 老闆娘也太會嘮了吧！出發前問路線，她不光發了定位，還特意説哪個路口有紅綠燈、哪家店門口好停車，生怕我們走錯。到店的時候天有點冷，她直接端了兩杯熱薑茶過來，還主動幫我們把行李箱拎到二樓，晚上我們説想吃點當地特色，她二話不説拿出手機給我們推小店，連哪家不用排隊都講得明明白白。 老闆的手藝真絕了！本來沒抱太大期待，結果晚餐的紅燒排骨燉得脱骨，炒時蔬帶着鍋氣，連番茄蛋湯都鮮得我喝了兩碗，完全是家裡飯的味道，比外面餐館好吃多了。 房間比圖片看着寬敞，收拾得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味。最意外的是床墊，躺上去軟乎乎但不塌腰，累了一天，倒頭就睡到天亮，忍不住問了老闆娘，居然要一萬多，難怪睡得這麼得勁！ 全程沒一點糟心事，老闆老闆娘都特別實在，服務也不刻意，就是那種自然而然的熱情，下次來還住這兒，已經推薦給小夥伴了哈哈哈哈

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

Went with friends and it was beautiful. The rooms were clean, staff was hospitable. Thank you Nico for being attentive, asking us about our dietary needs from the beginning of the trip till the end. We had items that we wanted to keep in the fridge and cook ourselves, and they allowed us to move around in the kitchen with the aunties also helping us. The food we asked for was prepared timely. The location was perfect from downtown, and the accommodation was quiet during the day. The karaoke room was so fun, and we made new friends singing and playing pool. We will be back. This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

擁有非常漂亮、古典的圖書館，和非常和善、幽默的老闆。圖書館藏書豐富，輕音樂伴隨耳邊，燈光温和。還有書法和漢服體驗，但可惜時間太趕沒有試一試。住的房間有地暖、空調，地面開起來非常舒適。寵物友好（可以接受帶貓咪）。 非常感謝，祝生意興隆，春日勝意！

Amazing place. We loved it, my kids and my dog! If we could we would have stayed for longer. We will be back! room was spacious and beds were super comfy and beautiful. Shame there wasn’t more animals to see, but perhaps wrong time of year. We will be back soon!

Tucked up a mountain, perfect if you don’t want to venture too far out. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating- cooking food for us when we arrived, ordering in drinks, arranging cars to head into town. The rooms are a little rough around the edges - they could do with a thorough repaint perhaps, but they were clean enough. Great communal area to socialise with friends and great food too

We had a great stay, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities onsite. The hotel grounds are amazing, and it is within walking distance from the village. We had an English speaking customer representative, Rachel, which was great because she helped us order a buggy whenever needed and also answered other practical questions. The only part which was more complicated was the service at the western restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food and there were a lot of misunderstandings… but otherwise I fully recommend staying at this hotel!

Good bed, with very comfortable mattress and bedding. Water pressure in the  shower was excellent but not good for running a bath - might be due to the bath being upstairs in the bedroom? The Chinese breakfast offered was a range of several dishes but too many for me - a single traveler. It was also handy to be able to order an evening meal - the sweet and sour pork was tasty. There are facilities available to make your own BBQ. I saw other guests using these  The location was exactly what I wanted - away from the hustle of towns - it was a 25-30 minutes DiDi ride to get to the Transport Centre to go up Mogan Mountain. My bedroom door opened a few feet from  wooden steps taking me and my dog straight into a bamboo forest.  It was a chilled and relaxing stay.  One improvement - add a small fridge to the room.
