"We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!"

"Once again, another good experience here. This was our second Christmas spent here. The pool was well heated most days and the play area was good fun. Unfortunately the arcade was closed, this was very disappointing as we were not informed, and this was a big part of re-visiting. The other downside is the lack of vegetarian food options, even after some requests, I still found bacon in my food. Very grateful to the staff at breakfast who made requests for meatless food for our children and the ladies at the pool who facilitated all of our sessions. Beautiful lights display, though sometimes a bit loud quite late when children are sleeping. Lovely location, used the bikes for a nice ride along the lake."

Deepest gratitude to staff at the breakfast restaurant Ms 方燕 and Mr方玉龙. They were both amazing and kind, offering assistance voluntarily when they saw that I had a sprain and also problems arranging for upcoming airport transfer. In addition, the housekeeping team Ms 姜莉莉、Ms江小君 and Ms张续红 kept the room meticulously clean and comfortable. It’s a pleasure to return to the room after a day out sightseeing. Staff like these are most valuable asset to the hotel! Highly recommended to stay at 绿城蓝湾酒店。"

"這家民宿真的可以用“驚艷”來形容，強烈推薦給所有來千島湖玩的朋友們！ 🚗 位置絕佳，交通便利 從高速路口出來，開沒多久就到了，不用在複雜的山路上繞來繞去，對於帶娃或者自駕的我們來説太友好了。民宿坐落在湖邊的一座山上，真正做到了“大隱於市”，有種世外桃源的感覺。 🌸 環境美到窒息 整個山坡都是民宿的範圍，據説有32間房，但完全感覺不到擁擠。最震撼的是，現在這個季節，滿山遍野都種滿了桃花，開得正旺！遠遠望去，粉白相間，真的是一片紅一片白，美得像走進了油畫裏。隨手一拍都是大片，空氣裏都是淡淡的花香，太治癒了。 🏊 設施齊全，親子友好 山上的景觀泳池是一大亮點，雖然現在天氣還有點涼沒下水，但可以想象夏天來這裏玩水該有多愜意，孩子們看到泳池就已經興奮得不行了。酒店的整體設計感很強，隨處都是景，高級感滿滿。 🛏 房間超讚，孩子最愛 我們這次入住的是湖景loft房型，推門進去就是驚喜！樓下是起居空間，大大的落地窗正對千島湖，視野無敵。最讓小朋友開心的是閣樓裏的那張床，感覺像是擁有了自己的祕密小天地，爬上爬下玩得不亦樂乎，晚上主動要求自己睡閣樓，老母親終於解放了！ 總的來説，這裏無論是情侶出遊還是家庭度假都非常合適。景色好、服務好、設施好，已經安利給身邊的朋友了，下次挑夏天再來，一定要在泳池裡玩個夠！ 這裏的餐廳也出其不意的好吃，本來還打算開車出去吃，根本沒必要，能吃到千島湖的各種土菜，強力推薦，就住在這吃吃喝喝可以玩上好幾天，小朋友都變成了乾飯小能手，自己吃飯吃的超級好。 還有小姐姐帶着小朋友一起玩。"

"Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before )."

住進風景裏，更住進了用心的温暖 給這家民宿打五星都嫌不夠！首先必須誇“歡迎”同學——那衹緬因貓簡直是治癒神器，性格温順到可以隨便rua，抱着它在院子裏曬太陽，瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。 老闆的體驗安排太懂遊客了！夕陽下的皮划艇不是走馬觀花，而是慢慢感受湖水的清澈和光影的變化，“水裡任逍遙”的快樂親身經歷才知道多爽；私人定製的環湖騎行路線更是寶藏，沒有擁擠的人流，衹有純粹的湖光山色，隨手拍都是大片。 早餐是另一個驚喜，食材新鮮、營養均衡，連小份的水果都切得整整齊齊，能看出上海夫婦的細緻和用心，這種家一樣的温暖，是連鎖酒店永遠給不了的。離開時收到的紀念禮物更是意外之喜，這份真誠太打動人，已經把它推薦給所有要去千島湖的朋友了！

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Hotel is located next to the lake with excellent views. Rooms are very big and clean. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Being a foreigner, language was a problem, however they supported us well, helped us in arranging for vegetarian dishes for dinner which wasn’t in the menu. So many facilities to enjoy and spend good time with family like small animal zoo, indoor and outdoor play areas, swimming pool etc., Food is so tasty and cost js very reasonable.

Location (in terms of proximity to the lake) is great if you want to stay in and enjoy the lake view, hang out by the shore, etc. because this hotel has many nice spots, and you can see the sunset. However, it's far from downtown, you'd have to taxi back and forth, anyway it is very easy to get taxis. Service was good, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was also good, plenty of options.

The rooms are big, the garden is huge, and the hotel is right by the lake with an amazing view. Breakfast could be a bit more Western, but since almost all the guests are locals, they probably didn’t think it was needed. There's a tiny cage with two or three peacocks near the entrance, and honestly, it’s really sad to see. The garden is so big — it’s hard to understand why they couldn’t give the animals a larger, better space.

The hotel is in a very beautiful villa. It has a nice swimming pool outside and a studding view over the lake from the garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They can recommend things to do and help to book these for you. The furniture seems to be new and nice, but the walls need repainting. So overall, it is a very beautiful place, but it needs a little bit of renovation. Still worth going as it is probably the best location if you want a calm place.

Loved our family room—amazing lake and island views, quiet, with a great balcony. Big towels, clean bedding, and a fridge were nice touches. The lakeside dock, restaurant and picnic areas were perfect for swimming, eating and relaxing. Downsides: The pool (filled with cloudy slimy lake water) and its rundown messy area weren’t appealing. Hallway carpets and elevator had mold, needing deep cleaning. Still, great value for the location. Don’t really need the pool with the lake so close. We’d return but hope they address the maintenance issues.

We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

This hotel is in a small island and from the parking lot they will pick you up with a small cart. There are different kind of rooms depending on the price. We had the cheapest one but trip promised they will give us an upgrading and do they did. We got a bedroom and living room with balcony and nice view of the lake. Breakfast has many choices. It is nice to walk around the island but there is nothing else around. All three hotel restaurants are quite expensive. There is also an outdoor and indoor pool.
