"We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!"

"Loved it so much… we just couldn’t leave! 💖 From a stunning suite on the 16th floor with jaw-dropping lake views, to dreamy breakfasts, afternoon tea, and even a canoe ride — pure bliss! Special thanks to Manager Joanna Zhang for making our extra-day stay seamless and keeping us in the same upgraded room. Service like this = unforgettable! 🌟"

"Greetings from Singapore 😊Hotel definitely deserves a 5 star ratings!!! We had a fantastic stay with beautiful lakes view ! Special compliment to Hotel Manager Xiao Ciao and staff across all departments from building 5 who are incredibly friendly and helpful.👍Hotel breakfast are very tasty too😋"

"Once again, another good experience here. This was our second Christmas spent here. The pool was well heated most days and the play area was good fun. Unfortunately the arcade was closed, this was very disappointing as we were not informed, and this was a big part of re-visiting. The other downside is the lack of vegetarian food options, even after some requests, I still found bacon in my food. Very grateful to the staff at breakfast who made requests for meatless food for our children and the ladies at the pool who facilitated all of our sessions. Beautiful lights display, though sometimes a bit loud quite late when children are sleeping. Lovely location, used the bikes for a nice ride along the lake."

"Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn"

"Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before )."

"Atour Hotel Qiandao Lake is a peaceful, well-designed stay near the scenic lakefront. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with a calming minimalist style. Staff were warm and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. While not directly by the water, it’s within easy reach of Qiandao Lake’s main attractions. A solid, value-for-money choice for a relaxing getaway."

"The hotel is ok. The nearest restaurants are 1.5 km away. We could see the lake from our room 644, but our friends couldn't see it at all from their room 628. Although we paid more and chose a room with a lake view. Check with the hotel if they will provide a room with a lake view if that is important to you."

"We spent 2 nights at Moxy in October during the national holiday period. The price-quality ratio was very high- the room was clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast had a lot of western and Chinese options to choose from. The location of the hotel is very convenient if driving- it was in the middle point between all the attractions we planned for our stay, and it was right next to a mall with a few dining options. The only negative points are quite loud ac unit outside that creates a low-frequency noise that can bother more sensitive sleepers-my boyfriend woke up with a headache due to the noise. Another thing is the service- we called the reception late in the evening to ask if there are other rooms available due to noisy families staying next door to us; the receptionist said they did have rooms available, but she could not guarantee they would be quiet, so she did not offer to switch the room. I understand you cannot guarantee it, but it wouldn't hurt if you could let us try- it was late and we just wanted to get an early night sleep."
