This hotel is very good value, not expensive, clean, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing and makes me want to come back again. The location is great, easy to travel around and find food. The staff take good care of guests and are all very friendly. このホテルはとてもお得で、安くて清潔、そして美しく飾られています。雰囲気が良く、ゆっくり休めるので、また来たくなります。立地も良く、移動や食事にとても便利です。スタッフはみんな親切で、よく世話をしてくれます。

気球が中止になったため、急遽替わりのアクティビティをしたいと相談をしたら、すぐに手配してくれました。自力では探せずとても困っていたので、とても感謝しているし、とても素敵なアクティビティを経験できました。 また、部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。 また来る機会があれば、このホテルに泊まりたいです。

Service here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast. Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room.

This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!

12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!

The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

The place is good and clean, nice breakfast, friendly staffs. Just our room is on the lowest floor so not that much good scenery. Other than that everything was perfect!

Маленький отель на несколько номеров. Расположен на сельской улочке, далеко от центра. В номерах чисто, хозяйка (это единственный сотрудник отеля) приветлива и идёт на встречу в просьбах, но говорит только на турецком языке, общались с помощью переводчика)) в пристройке к зданию в которой проходит завтрак очень холодно, в номерах тоже прохладно, отопление не работало (мы были в начале мая) Проживали в номере № 4. В номере из ванной сильный запах канализации, её нужно прочистить (читал это в отзывах и раньше). WIFI работает только в зоне ресепшена, рядом с роутером. В номерах WIFI не работает(( Завтрак очень скромный, кофе нет никакого, всегда только турецкий чай, несколько маленьких кусочков сыра всегда меньше чем 5 кусочков, чуть чуть оливок и маслин, много много булки. Одно маленькое блюдце с вареньем и одно маленькое блюдце с мёдом. Несколько долек томатов и огурцов. И это на 5! Человек.( трое наших друзей Проживали в номере №5) Из горячего хозяйка приносила яичницу, одна маленькая сковородка подленная на 4 маленькие части яичница на 5! Человек. Из положительного хозяйка всегда разрешала ставить вино для охлаждения в её холодильник. В номерах нет телевизора, нет кондиционера, нет холодильника. В описании на сайте указаны размеры номеров в 70-90 квадратных метров. Это не правда. Номера маленькие примерно 12 квадратных метров. И очень большая двуспальная кровать, основа кровати больше чем размер матраса, поэтому все время ногами бьёшься о деревянное основание. Пройти между окном и проватью нельзя, там примерно 20 сантиметров зазора.

When I arrived, unfortunately, my room was not cleaned and ready even though it was after the check-in time, so I had to wait a little while. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is amazing, and watching the balloons at sunrise was such a memorable experience. A special thanks to Edip from the staff, he was very helpful and offered me great deals for the hot air balloon ride and the Turkish night. Overall, despite the small inconvenience at check-in, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly staff.

Excellent location in the middle of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was spacious with two single beds, and staff were friendly. Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location.
