Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

We was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay. Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀 Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty. Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day. Thank you so much Apanemo hotel we come back soon.

Perfect hotel! We are glad to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with them. Fresh and yummy tropical fruits, as well as a bottle of wine are given to us. We spent a very great night with them. The front desk girls always wear a smile on their face and being super helpful. Their service is outstanding. Feels like you are the princess or prince. The room is large, cozy and comfortable. The private pool is really nice and clean. The location of this hotel is far from city which is quiet. We love this atmosphere a lot. It’s a perfect spot for sunset in Santorini. Watching sunset on the balcony is a must-do item. It worths everything. Their restaurant also provides delicious dinner. Please go and have a try!

We’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in Santorini, Charisma is definitely the best one. Amazing view, stylish room, private balcony, friendly staff. The gentleman at front desk is always very nice and helpful. Every detail is perfect here. Also a terrific place to enjoy the stunning sunset. It’s a great place to celebrate our anniversary. The villa is outside the centrum area which is so peaceful, only the alley to go there is a bit difficult for me who has knee problem because of up and down walk, 15-20 minutes walking to the bus stop and 20-25 minutes walking to the centrum which is the top tourists area, there's a nice restaurant nearby with a reasonable price compared to the centrum, the amenities is always refilled, Euginia is very nice and always asking what to refill for the breakfast, the housekeeper name Azad is also nice and very hospitable, the jacuzzi makes us thrill 😆 and the balcony with amazing view to the ocean and Island, overall I enjoyed staying here 😇

All the staff at this hotel are very polite,friendly and willing to help with whatever queries or needs you may have. Location is the best, close to everything. Pool area and facilities great and special mention to Maggi at the pool and bar area always smiling makes you feel very comfortable. Gentleman Ilia and his wife prepare a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and were fantastic to interact. Yanis at reception and the rest of the staff were great to deal with and anytime I decide in visiting Santorini I definitely stay at this hotel. I have nothing but praise for this place and strongly recommend it. Alex and Silvana

We are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service. The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool. Thank you so much Nikki Beach!!! R. Skelton
