VVieraskäyttäjäExcellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay.
Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀
Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty.
Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day.

Amazing view, stylish room, private balcony, friendly staff. The gentleman at front desk is always very nice and helpful.
Every detail is perfect here.
Also a terrific place to enjoy the stunning sunset.
It’s a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We’ll recommend this hotel to our friends and will come back next time when we visit Santorini.

VVieraskäyttäjäLove it. Said it’s a two stars hotel but actually all the facilities and services are in 4 stars level. They got a bar near the pool (you will get a welcoming drink there which is so tasty) and multiple types of rooms. They also got a long hour front desk and shuttle service etc…
The room is very cozy and large, and got everything you need even with a kitchen in my apartment. The AC is very enough and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary with Blue Waves and they got a very very romantic and nice decoration which allow us to have an even better experience with them! We love it so much and spent a very wonderful night with Blue Waves!

VVieraskäyttäjäThe villa is outside the centrum area which is so peaceful, only the alley to go there is a bit difficult for me who has knee problem because of up and down walk, 15-20 minutes walking to the bus stop and 20-25 minutes walking to the centrum which is the top tourists area, there's a nice restaurant nearby with a reasonable price compared to the centrum, the amenities is always refilled, Euginia is very nice and always asking what to refill for the breakfast, the housekeeper name Azad is also nice and very hospitable, the jacuzzi makes us thrill 😆 and the balcony with amazing view to the ocean and Island, overall I enjoyed staying here 😇

But they don’t reply to email when I asked for transfer service. Only get my reply by calling the hotel. However, there is no confirmation after I send my details they requested. I sent few more email but still no reply. The driver just appeared in the airport.
The women reception staff is not nice while the guy is very nice, helping us to call a car for moving to Oia and helped us to take our luggage.

SSarahEmmaWe had a wonderful stay here! The breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. The driver was able to take us where we wanted to go, the snack/bar man was friendly and the woman at th front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We had an amazing time at the pool and it's only 10 minutes or less from the picturesque Oia view. The room had adorable details, down to a welcome basket with a tote bag and bottle of wine. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

AAlex RistevskiAll the staff at this hotel are very polite,friendly and willing to help with whatever queries or needs you may have. Location is the best, close to everything. Pool area and facilities great and special mention to Maggi at the pool and bar area always smiling makes you feel very comfortable. Gentleman Ilia and his wife prepare a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and were fantastic to interact. Yanis at reception and the rest of the staff were great to deal with and anytime I decide in visiting Santorini I definitely stay at this hotel. I have nothing but praise for this place and strongly recommend it.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service.
The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool.
