皮皮蛋_001Small boutique hotel ran by a very friendly woman and man. The 古镇 itself is very quiet and the surrounding town doesn't have much going on. Everyone is in bed by 10. Perfect if you're looking for a quiet couple days, but definitely worth mentioning!
There is an amazing trail system all around Ninghai and the hostess can give you many excellent hiking recommendations. She's local to the area and (as far as I understood) the property which is now the hotel belonged to her family at the beginning of the 20th century. There's even a good bit of original furniture around.
The guest rooms are clearly brand new and exceptionally clean. If you are sensitive to odors, you might ask them to remove some of the wormwood (艾草) from your room ahead of time. Two bags of it are hung in every room. I happen to like it but I could imagine some might find it too strong.
The hostess speaks some English and works very hard to accommodate everyone. She even fed us dinner when we arrived too late to eat in the town.
Overall very nice, we'll definitely stay here again if we go to Ninghai.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe absolute standout here is the exceptional service, staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The coffee is outstanding. The location is convenient enough to visit a few other places by car. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-heated. Common areas are all clean and very nice; it's clear someone put a lot of effort into the design and details but into maintenance of this place as well. Highly recommended as a weekend getaway, especially for families with kids.

TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

JJunalynThis accommodation is perfect for you if you want to escape from the busy city. Where you just want to relax and take life slow. It’s so peaceful because of the view from the balcony. The room is very clean and tidy. The owner and the staffs are very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect because you can go to the nearby scenic spots. The breakfast they serve is also simple but it will fill your stomach well. You can also request the owner to cook lunch or dinner. They actually serve a home cooker meal. It’s really tasty. Overall i am highly satisfied with my stay here. I will surely come back whenever i feel like i needed to relax.

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

VVieraskäyttäjäI booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.

環境：贏在環境，湖景很美，可惜太熱了，還有蟲，不會在露台待很久
服務：服務沒什麼毛病，全程就一個阿姨服務我們，感覺這個民宿離了這個阿姨轉不起來，從接送我們到村口，打掃衞生，辦入住，做早飯等等，都是一個人在幹………老闆不知道怎麼想的
停車：重點！停車收費！停車收費！而且進進出出都是重複計費的，非常不方便！而且村民的民風不明，明明是收費停車場，還有很多非常不明確的不能停的位置，如果你不幸停到了，他們會在你的擋風玻璃上貼貼紙，有點無語……

VViviLeonI stayed at Seven Hotel in Ningbo, and overall, it was an okay experience. While I didn’t get the room I originally booked (it was given to another person), the staff did provide me with a nice alternative. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linen and hand towels had an extremely unpleasant smell, with the linen being the worst part of my stay. The shower area also had a noticeable odor.
After checking out, I discovered there was no designated place to leave luggage, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some basic amenities were lacking: no complimentary water (3 RMB per bottle), no bath towels provided, and only disposable towels available for 10 RMB each.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, there are several areas where improvement is needed to make the stay more comfortable for guests.
