I have been traveling through China for four months staying on average three nights in hotels. I stumbled upon this little gem and booked it for one month. The three ladies running the establishment treat you like family. You could not ask for more personal yet professional service I stayed in three different rooms and they are all extremely clean and well appointed. Located in the historic little town, the hotel is perfectly located on one of the canals Steps away from the busy little market streets, it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful even when the tourists arrive mostly on weekends. At night, the town folds up and goes to sleep. There are many restaurants in the village, with basic foods and necessities available at the little food store and stalls. The gym, shopping centers, and malls are an 8 to 10 minute drive away

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at Z max le chong and was quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. 1. Insufficient Tables & Crowded Environment – The breakfast area was overcrowded, and there were not enough tables to accommodate guests. We had to wait quite a while before finding a seat. 2. Unclean Plates & Utensils – The plates provided were still wet when I picked them up, making them feel unhygienic. It gave the impression that they were not properly dried or cleaned. 3. Slow Table Cleaning Service – Even after guests left, tables were not cleaned promptly. We had to wait for a staff member to clear and wipe down a table before we could sit. 4. Dirty Floors – The dining area floor was visibly dirty, with food crumbs and spills left uncleared. It didn’t feel like it was being cleaned regularly. Overall, the breakfast experience was disappointing due to poor hygiene and lack of organization. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and service efficiency.

1月29日，我們一家三口自駕開啟了為期兩週的廣東之旅，第二站便來到佛山，入住貴酒店兩晚。 酒店環境優美宜人，房間乾淨整潔。站在陽台上遠眺，眼前是一灣澄澈的湖水，湖畔錯落有致的別墅與遠處層疊的青山相映成趣，宛如一幅意境悠遠的山水畫；步入酒店大堂，穹頂的精美壁畫與華麗的歐式柱廊交相輝映，盡顯典雅大氣。 前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷。房間設施齊全，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好，讓我們在長途自駕後得到了充分的休息。 這次入住體驗極佳，下次再來佛山，我們一定還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦給來佛山旅遊的朋友們！

we have started for just a single night. for the price the hotel is good. it has a little bit old decoration but it’s clean, has no odor and spacious rooms. location depends on your needs, if you have business around then it might be a perfect start if you are a tourist then it’s better for you to find better alternative. overall everything was okay.

Extremely spacious room and the service staff are always on WeChat to assist. Was a little confused at first that it is located at a back alley then realise its part of the ShenDe flavours. You'll see cafe, famous eateries all located at the back alley here. Pretty unique experience and i'll highly recommend a visit to Shunde and stay in Xingyun homestay. Only 5 min walk (across the cross junction) to Huagai Road Pedestrian Street. Its a shopping heaven for ladies.

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

Simply amazing! Two words that perfectly describe this hotel. Firstly the location. It was so convenient and economical to be able to just take the metro all the way from Guangzhou to the Huangshi North subway station. We even managed to do this on our one day Guangzhou pass! Out the exit and there is the hotel - practically right in front of the station! Then there was the superb service. The couple running the hotel were unbelievably helpful. They took every request we made very seriously and truly tried their best to fulfill it. Nothing was considered too difficult for them. Being independent travellers and foreigners we found this to be a Godsend. We were very happy with their recommendations of where and what to eat as Shunde is a foodie paradise. The bedroom and bathroom offered all the amenities we required and were well-maintained and clean. We had a good night’s sleep on the oh so comfortable bed. For the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for more.

Stayed here in Dec 2024 Wonderful experience I would like to thank the front office staff for accepting the parcel on my behalf ordered from a local e commerce app Could not wait as I have checked out on Fri 10 Jan 2025 The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations. Thank you once again

This place accept international guest for sure, no need to further check, it is near to A Exit of Licun Foshan No.3 line, if you travel from GZ south train station can take line No.7 and then.change... Trip.com actually make a mistake in location of the Licun station, the station is located.next.to the river.. Licun apartment is very near to local market, it has a very active vibes in.the.morning, food is cheap if you won't mind mix with locals, or take away, CNY 10- 13.for.a.big bowl.of Fish mix meatballs porridge boss is very friendly and show me personally where to eat, room is decent n clean, good for.the.price.. To.note they use couching toilet. Anywhere, highly recommended for decent budget travelers. P.S. I was going from Licun apartment towards Licun station in.photo 2 below
