"For the price, the hotel is really value for money. The service is excellent and the hotel staff will promptly attend to your request. The lady boss even took the trouble to notify us when she noticed that our car lights were left on when parked. The bath is also good with rain shower and strong water pressure. There is also free laundry service and the staff provided extra hangers for drying the washed clothes. The bed heater is warm enough for a good night's sleep in cold weather. Breakfast provided is decent and hot. You can also buy oxygen at a super cheap price from the front desk. Besides the room decor being a bit dated and some maintenance are needed, this hotel provides everything you need at a really affordable price."

"We just need to stay overnight to take the morning flight in Daocheng. We arrived around 8pm, so didn't get to see much of the town.
Good points:
+ The hotel has elevator, which is helpful, even though a little old.
+ There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, so we could buy food for our next day breakfast as the rooms didn't come with breakfast.
+ The staff is very helpful in booking us a taxi the next morning to go to the airport.
+ The room we got has no cigarette smell
Improvement point:
- The hot shower was working, but the water pressure was low, so it's very hard to shower without getting cold."

"Great hotel, but we came off season so probably that’s why it didn’t meet our expectations. The staff and rooms in the hotel istelf are very nice, but the area around feels like a complete ghost town. Nothing is open and there is nowhere to eat in the area, only a 5 minute drive by car to the nearby”Shangri-La town” where only a few restaurants are open. Overall the hotel itself was good, breakfast was okay and it’s fairly close to the Yading park (10 minutes drive). We hope to come back in the summer for a better experience!"

"The room is super cozy, the quality of the bed linen and towels is excellent and it’s located very close to the park entrance. The only observation is in relation to the view, which says it has a mountain view when we booked the Boutique 2-bed Room, but they gave us a room on the ground floor, after insisting, they gave us a room on the third floor, still the view was not that good."

"1. The breakfast is not available at all, even for purchase. Need to travel to town to have breakfast.
2. Camp fire dance was not available as described, I know it's cold and low season, but if you can't offer it, do you promise it.
3. A bit far from downtown area.
4. I was downgraded to a small window room, without telling me, only after I requested to change back to my original booking. The property has only 1 double bedroom with large windows, but in the booking process, I can book two double bedrooms with large windows.
5. There is no elevator."

VVieraskäyttäjä川西自駕所有酒店民宿的天花板！Santa是我遇到過服務最好的，審美最在線的民宿。位置就在香格里拉鎮中心，附近餐館和奶茶店很多，離稻城亞丁景區開車十幾分鍾就到。
抵達的那天開錯路了找不到停車場，老闆和服務員小姐姐出門幫忙領路，超耐心介紹房間細節，還幫我們升房了。電器用的都是戴森的電吹風和加濕器，沙發很大很舒服，半圓形的餐桌挺有設計感，大浴缸泡澡可以解除一天的疲勞。
民宿每天會贈送早餐，並且會送到房間，種類特別豐富，中式西式都有，最愛的是米線，真的特別香！
我們在鎮子上吃晚飯突然下雨，老闆還過來送傘，給我們推薦乾淨好吃的餐廳，擔心我們吃壞肚子。晚上怕我們高反還送了榴蓮到房間，特別感謝用心的服務！
服務員小姐姐幫忙協調停車位，拿外賣送到房間，幫忙拿行李，進出都會打招呼，特別注重客人的體驗感受，真的感覺到了真誠對待。
如果下次再來一定還會選Santa，支持老闆和兩位小姐姐～

VVieraskäyttäjäVery nice hotel located conveniently at bus stop 2. Staff very friendly and we were able to communicate with google translate. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - when there were few guests I told them what time I would eat breakfast and it was prepared for me. When there were many guests it was a buffet.
Just minus one point because the bathroom was not cleaned properly - the toilet was not clean, someone else’s toothbrush had been left, and the shower was extremely leaky.
I recommend this hotel as the overall experience was good and it was good value.

OOsmanthus latteIt’s a decent place to stay. However, it gets cold during the night. I don’t see a heater in the room, except the one in the bathroom. The exhaust fan that also can work as a heater. Maybe that’s the one? There is convenient store nearby and also plenty of restaurant. It takes around 10 minutes by car to reach yading scenic park. At the time during my visit, there is a construction going on nearby. It gets pretty noisy during the day, since the homestay located near the intersection. All the trucks and cars kept honking each other. Other than that, it’s an okay stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe location of the HomeStay is excellent. It is located at the end of the street of a quieter corner away from the busy street.
Just a short walk you will have access to many eateries and shops.
The interior decoration is uniquely furnished with ******* style design transporting us into a real local ******* family home without the need to be physically in Tibet.
The Owner of the HomeStay is very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to ******* culture and explained the significance of Animals painting on the wall and how it translates into daily life. Animals consisted of Elephant, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird.
He also made us their fragrance 酥油茶 suyou cha which is good to counter Altitude sickness 高反。
Cat is also a sacred animal in ******* culture.
The price of the HomeStay is very reasonable with the excellent location and service. It has free laundry service, however you need to hang them dry in an outdoor clothes line. It will dry quickly as the weather is very dry/sunny.
I would highly recommend this HomeStay to everyone who likes to go to Daocheng Yading.
Lastly, I would like to thank the Owner and his Sister for making our stay an enjoyable one.

I stayed at the Super 8 one night before going into the park. Then I stayed in the small yarding Village inside the park for one night and then return to the Super 8 again for the third night before departing yarding. The hotel was just great. Walk in town and main street with many restaurants in 2 minutes. Lots of feee managed parking behind the hotel. The value for money is quite good. I paid 183 RMB. my room was large very clean comfortable bed and I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip back to Yadin.

Staff are helpful. They can speak a bit of English. Foreigners are accepted.

PPTinThe hotel is very close to Yading bus station, only 5 minutes walk and short stairs ( not difficult) But there's another way round to the hotel as well. Because Riwa village is small and pathways are connected.. All amenities are available and check in process is smooth and easy.
As Riwa village is very small, you can find many many food shops and super markets.
The only thing is you cannot WeChat with hotel. They don't use WeChat. But you can reach hotel from Amap app easily by searching ”Daocheng Yading Xiangya Shan Holiday Inn”. If you search Ivory mountain, you will not find it
