"The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again."

When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport.
The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital)
It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm."

"I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard.
I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests.
Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers.
To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection."

"The most impressive thing for this hotel is staff. The girl at the front desk was very nice, helping and caring for us from checking in to checking out! The hotel’s location is right in front stop No.3, but you need to ask the driver to stop otherwise the bus will pass by. It would be great if the chef doesn’t often come to smoke at the front desk while we were there."

The hotel is very beautiful and you can feel luxury here The mountains view is right from the balcony. Everything is perfect.
Though the room is very beautifu beyond my expectations l but the most impression for me is Yzong, a young enthusiastic lady who is everything for customers. Yzong is caring and helps me with the luggage pick up on the way while I need not get off the bus to Yading. I forgot my backpack on a bus and Yzong helped manage until I had my backpack back and nothing was missing even a yuan. I felt so grateful for her help.
Even when I left the hotel, Yzong just helped send me back on a bus. Thank you Yzong, you are my angel 😇
The other staff, a man who was at my breakfast was also good. He checked if I wanted more breakfast and he served more.
I recommend Zen Vew at Aden village. You will be impressed as I did. The best hotel and the best attitude of staff here from ally travelling life.
Note: there's oxygen generator in the room, and the hotel has trekking poles, you can borrow.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Yading Village
This hotel is absolutely beautiful – the owners have really thought of every detail. It’s tastefully decorated and located right in the center of Yading Village, with stunning mountain views all around. There’s even a rooftop terrace where you can relax and take in the scenery.
Our room was spotless and had a great vibe – cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owners were amazing and incredibly helpful when we weren’t sure how to get to the trail. Their kindness made a big difference to our trip.
There’s also a restaurant in the hotel – we had dinner there and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide variety of options, all fresh and very tasty.
Another big plus: there’s a grocery store right next to the hotel, perfect for picking up snacks before heading out for a hike.
We highly recommend this place – it made our stay in Yading truly special.

Se oli yksi pahimmista majoituspaikoistamme Kiinassa kuukausimatkan aikana. Valitettavasti lyijykysymys (jolla ei ollut hallintaa, täysin ymmärrettävä) oli, mutta he siirsivät meidät toiseen huoneeseen, joka ei ollut lueteltu niin hyvänä näkökulma. Ja kun kysyttiin ja joutui lähettämään henkilökohtaisesti, pomo sai 10% alennuksen WeChat. Huone ei ollut hyvin puhdas. Jäljelle jääneet kudosten ja hiukset kulmissa pervoinen henkilö. seinät olivat tyhjät tarpeeksi kuulla naapurit. Ja me saapui aamiaiseksi 30 minuuttia sen jälkeen ja siellä oli hyvin vähän jäljellä. Olisin kivampi, mutta tämä oli myös kaikkein kalliin paikka, jossa me jäimme. Emme täyttäneet standardit ja ei jäänyt tänne enää.

Right in the center of Xiangelila town, 2min walk from supermarkets restaurants and even a Dicos! It's right on the road that will take you straight to the main entrance to Yading Scenic Area (about 6km, taxi 40RMB or 10RMB per person if carpooling). During check-in the nice ******* lady at reception upgraded my room at no extra cost. Place is clean above usual Chinese standards. If you want a heater is 5RMB per night, but the electric blanket was sufficient. Water is warm, but not scalding (personally I only take showers at +45 degrees, but it was enough to wash my face without discomfort). I was very happy with my stay so next morning I booked another night, rather than staying in Yading town. When I returned very late at night, and owing to my pickiness when it comes to food, the lady at the desk made me quick and delicious fried rice and wouldn't accept my money no matter how many times I offered. I would have stayed another night if I didn't have to leave next morning. Thanks for everything, I'll be back one day!

蘭勇（Alan）的服務超級好！從辦理入住時耐心講解周邊遊玩路線、提醒高原注意事項，到後來主動幫忙搬運行李、解決房間裏的小問題，全程都特別熱情周到，細節裏全是貼心。本來旅途有點疲憊，被他的服務暖到了，體驗感直接拉滿！

Location is great, in the center of Riwa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Only 10minutes to the entrance of Yading.
Staff are helpful. They can speak a bit of English. Foreigners are accepted.
The room is ok but there is always smoking smell in the room (maybe from the room nextdoor)
