"This B&B is well maintained. The owner made it easy to access the property and room, even though no one was on site when we arrived. We were very pleased with the cleanness of the room, and the quality of amenities. Clean towels, soap/shampoo, fan, kettle, AC… all of them in good working order. Overall, a great stay for the price!"

"The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice."

"We had a pleasant stay. It has cute elevator, traditional Italian style. The room clean everyday. Location is a little far but you can take train for 4 minutes walk. Florence's public transportation is very good. Do not recommend to get musem pass. Is waste time. You have to go to most musem to make reservation for visit even with that pass. The Last Super was booked for 2 to 3 months ahead. Unless you want to pay 400 euro and booked with tour guide. However, big city a lot walking."

"It was a little bit uncomfortable using some amenities such as hair dryer and the shower. When I try to plug in the hairdryer, it didn’t work in either of the outlets so I had to use my own. In addition, the shower isn’t really fixed well into its own holder, so it dropped easily to the ground. The location was very close to the train station and the step was friendly. However, the building is bit old and little bit noisy because the soundproof is not that great. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience."

"環境：前台不是一直有人的會提前聯繫確認打到時間。到了酒店才發現這是一間民宿，在一家subway右邊是居民樓的門，基本上都是開着的，要留意一下門鈴旁邊的民宿名字，然後進去坐上古老的電梯到四樓就到達了。 設施：房間比較小但是設施很齊全，洗護用品也是全部提供的，衹有拖鞋需要自己帶。洗手間還有暖氣管，冬天毛巾烘得熱熱的。民宿有一間會客室和一間廚房。 衞生：住了三天每天都收拾得很整潔，洗手間乾乾淨淨，毛巾浴巾潔白厚實，提供一次性杯子。 服務：整個民宿除了管家還有三個服務員，兩個男服務員會幫忙搬行李去房間和泡咖啡，女服務員負責收拾房間，都挺熱情的但不會過分熱情。廚房裡的食物都是可以吃的，每天早餐有麪包咖啡和酸奶，飲料有瓶裝水、果汁、啤酒等等，非常貼心了，餐具也一應俱全。 酒店到火車站13分鐘左右，到學院美術館2分鐘，中央市場5分鐘。步行6分鐘有eataly超市可以買特產，步行三分鐘也有家樂福和pam可以買日常用品。入住的時候會給一串鑰匙開各種門，退房的時候放在前台就行。"
