"The studio is beautiful with a large bedroom, an outdoor veranda and a bathroom including a Jaccuzi bath for two and a sauna. The flat is only 25 minutes walk from the centre of Florence - but away from all the crowds and surrounded by restaurants that are a fraction of the price of the touristy ones in the centre. Also - and this is a huge bonus - there is a space you can leave your luggage safely after you check out of your room if your train or plane is later in the day. Its a lovely romantic room for a couple - after walking around Florence all day you can relax your muscles in the sauna and then soak in the Jaccuzi. The only tiny things missing from the room - there are no instructions for either the Sauna or Jacuzzi and it takes quite a lot of trial and error to work them out, It would also be good if a microwave could be added to the room - meals in Italy are often huge leaving leftovers to take home with you. And the Veranda is perfect for having dinner and a glass of wine on - but there is no way of heating up any food, Other than that the room is perfect and we would definitely come back"

"Wonderful Boutique Hotel inside Florence. Be sure to coordinate your check-in time with the hotel as it is not staffed after 7pm. So upon check-in, you will get your room, receive tourist info, learn about the all-day pantry (be sure to reserve with breakfast for this perk), pay city tax, and get the 24-hour entry code. My room had a/c, walk-in shower, a double and single bed, wifi, and space for 3 with luggage. Also, there's a community washer and dryer (please use your own laundry soap). Great location. You can leisurely walk the entire town in an hour."

"We arrived in the afternoon and couldn't call because we have only e-sim card. The door was closed, and it was an unpleasant experience. Then a man came out of the building, called, and a woman came out and started complaining about why we hadn't called! 🥹 We were then checked in, and the room was as shown in the photo, with its own bathroom. However, the air conditioning wasn't working."

"The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice."
