Had a great 5D4N stay with family at this hotel. They were able to accommodate to my request of arranging a room that is closer to the lift area for my elderly parents. We stayed at the executive room which was spacious and comfortable for 3. Bed is comfy and the mini kitchen has all the cutleries and fridge to keep our drinks and food chilled. The coffee machine was good. Toilet and towels were clean. Although they often forgot to replenish the amenities in quantity of 3, the housekeeping was fast in delivering the items upon request. The hotel is also located very near to the queen sirikit MRT station exit 1, making it very convenient to travel around. There's also a 7 eleven convenient store within walking distance. The only downside i had was during check in as there was a miscommunication with the hotel reception and housekeeping. We had to wait for about 30-40mins for our room when check in was supposed to be at 3pm. But the hotel reception was kind and tried to give us the room asap. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if there's a good deal.

Harkitsen ehdottomasti tätä hotellia uudelleen seuraavalla Bangkokin matkallani. Hotelli ei ole kaukana metroasemalta, ja alakerrasta löytyy Starbucks ja 7-Eleven, mikä tekee siitä erittäin kätevän.

It’s honestly not that close to the airport. BKK traffic will still end up eating your time to the airport and to the city center. Btw i missed my flight bec the estimated 25 min drive to the airport turned out to be closer to 40 mins. I had to book a new ticket back home 💸 so i decided to stay at a hotel that is legit right by the airport. Book hotels with free airport transfers. That said, i enjoyed my stay here, the room is sufficient, breakfast was great. Loved their moussaka

We saved this hotel until last – slightly fancier than the other 3 in our time in Thailand – as a little final night trip, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of the lot. The price, by global standards, might not be eye-watering. But by Thailand prices, it was certainly higher end, at over 800rmb per night with a ~450 (2000bht) deposit upon arrival. It did not meet those standards, I'm afraid to say. First things first, it should be said that it is fairly easy to get to on the MTR system, just a very short walk from Hwai Khwang, though it should be pointed out that when using Trip to find the location of Google Maps, I was given the wrong spot (further down the road, so actually a nice surprise to see it was closer, and I wont hold this against the hotel as it is likely nothing to do with them.) Serve at check-in was good, bags carried up the stairs for us and taken to the room with the porter stood waiting as we arrived. Check-in staff were as friendly as one would expect at a Marriott-run hotel of this quality, & though I was slightly surprised by the price of the deposit it was ultimately fine. We had booked a deluxe room with a double bed, and were told that since there was none available (?), we'd be upgraded to a Premier. Looking at the app since, I'm struggling to see where they differ. The decor in the Premier is perhaps a bit more modern, but they are the same size with the same bathroom (more on that later), and the lower price-point is on a much higher floor (ergo better view, I'd assume). In truth, had I paid for a Premier & been greeted with our room, I'd have been even more disappointed. The room was fine, but I'm not sure much more than that. A decent size, though by no means surprisingly big. It was at least quite airy, and the bed pretty comfortable, though seriously lacking in plug sockets. I find it rare to see a hotel these days without plug sockets on both sides of the bed, especially a hotel at this price point. It meant that only one phone could be charged nearby, the other on the table on the other side of the room. The bathroom, though, was really, really disappointing (& that's putting it lightly). The bathtub might have been a nice touch, had it not quite clearly had dried on blood stains in it. I've never experienced this in any hotel I've ever stayed at, no matter how cheap. Let alone at one double the price of anywhere else we stayed in Bangkok and Thailand! The sink, too, was clearly scratched up dirty, with two clear globs of dried on mucus. No face washing in there for us. Fortunate perhaps, given the number of towels provided too was pretty light. The bin in the bathroom also came with no bin bag. I'd hope that the inside is therefore cleaned regularly, but given what we'd seen before, I wasn't filled with hope. Elswhere, breakfast was generally of expected quality. Nothing to write home about per se, but a very nice dining area and good service in fairness. The coffee was decent, though again by no means hugely memorable. The swimming pool is a highlight, offering great views across the city (indeed, the view from our room was quite nice too – though can't help thinking it would be better from a higher floor, like in the cheaper rooms!), with ample comfy beds and free towels. It might be a bit small in peak season, but there were only 3 other groups sharing with us, so plenty of space for a swim. We also enjoyed the massage (850bht). The price was not included in the room fee, but I thought 850 seemed a decent price for the quality and the convenience. Each of these things could be the most memorable part of the trip, were we not greeted by the dirtiest bathroom I've ever experienced in a hotel. & that's a real pity, because it was so avoidable too! Especially from a Marriott hotel, I'd really expect better.

Myös Chao Phraya River -yökierroksen aloituslaituri on täällä. Erittäin suositeltavaa. Supercool apartments and excellent views. So if you are looking for taking cool pictures to Instagram this is a cool place! The beds are also comfortble and it’s good with Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Good with well equiped kitchen. But no towel and wash liquid. Why? Things that LOOOK good they have but things that people need - they dont.  Lawson and small restaurant/shops outside is good service. Hotel is far from Rama 9 MRT so you need a car or taxi or Bolt. Gym is very small. If more than 8 people its full.  The hotels biggest problem is the problem with moist and the bad smell. The whole lobby, and area around the elevators stink. And floor 10 has problems with moist and soon to come mold. The first room we were given had big purpur and punk spots on the Wall and they had sprayer the room with something to hide the smell. They also told is its best of we didn’t use the shower in the top floor.  When we complained and showed them pictures we could change room to a room om floor 12 and this was much better. But I am disappointed that gave out the first room since they knew it had problems with moist. Reading other reviews I understand the same problems exist in more rooms. The hotel should stop rentinh this rooms out immidiatly. The hotel itself  is still under construction. Painting is missing in some places. The swimmingpool is cold and has no towelservice. If you want a pool towel you have to go all the way down to lobby and kindly sign up for a towel. Since only 2/7 elevators are working there are many stops  of the way down.  So overall 3/5. Could be so much better than it is!

Erinomainen keskeinen sijainti lähellä kaikkea, mutta kaukana muista nähtävyyksistä, kuten Suuresta palatsista, Wat Arunin temppelistä, Icon Siam Mallista jne. Grabille pääsee 30–50 minuutissa liikenteestä riippuen. Aamiainen on erittäin hyvälaatuinen, mutta ei liian monipuolinen. Henkilökunta on mahtavaa, erityisesti Dome-vastaanoton henkilökunta, joka on aina avulias kaikessa ja positiivinen hymyillen. Hotelli itsessään on hieman vanhanaikainen, mutta henkilökunta ja sijainti antavat sille paljon positiivista energiaa. Suosittelen lämpimästi ja odotan innolla paluuta lähitulevaisuudessa.

We stayed at the hotel with the whole family: 2 adults and two children, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is very important to us, and here it was really good: there's an egg station, yogurts, fresh greens and vegetables, waffles, pancakes, lots of pastries and desserts. I missed a bit of variety in the tea selection, and the coffee quality could be improved, but in all other aspects, the breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The soundproofing in the rooms I would rate 7/10; you can slightly hear what's happening in the hallway, but it doesn't disturb sleep. We also liked the spa, although the sauna in the women's changing room was turned off, and unfortunately, there was no one at the spa reception for 2 hours to ask to turn it on. The pool is cool, but since it was 33 degrees outside, it was pleasant to swim in. The hotel has a large, secure parking lot where we left our car for the entire stay. Transport accessibility is very good. They have installed new elevators, so there are no issues with them now. We happened to be there for Chinese New Year and saw a performance that took place in the lobby on the first floor. We really liked it and would be happy to return here again.

We stayed at Kingston Suites Hotel Sukhumvit after reading mostly positive reviews, so our expectations were fairly high. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t fully match what we saw online. After check-in, we were informed that we had to drop off and pick up the elevator key card every time we left or returned to the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Our suite was located in a separate building behind the main hotel. During our stay, one of the flats on our floor was undergoing renovation, which made things very noisy – unlucky timing, but still disruptive. The suite itself was very spacious. It had a living room with a small kitchen and a washing machine (a nice bonus you don’t often find in hotels), and a large bedroom separated by a big door. However, the bedroom felt extremely empty despite its size. While the bed was large and very comfortable, which we appreciated, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The carpets were visibly dirty, the headboard had stains, and there were stains on the cupboards and vanity table as well. This really put both me and my wife off and made the room feel neglected rather than “luxury.” The living room TV was large, but we couldn’t figure out how to use the channels or system properly. On the positive side, the bathroom had a Japanese-style toilet with a bidet, good shower pressure, and a huge hot tub-style bathtub. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the bathtub, the water came out very dirty. We informed reception, and they did clean it the next day, which we appreciated, but we still felt skeptical and didn’t end up using it. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the amenities on paper are great. However, the rooms really need updating, or at the very least, the photos on Google and booking sites should be updated to reflect the actual condition of the suites. We felt disappointed because the room did not match our expectations based on the reviews and pictures.

Se on erittäin kätevä. BTS-asemalle on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Uima-allas on katolla. Aamiainen on OK. Suurin osa vieraista on ulkomaalaisia, ei montaa kiinalaista. Huone on suuri ja siinä on kylpyamme. Tilat ovat noin 80 % uusia. Hinta-laatusuhde on hyvä. Älä valitse tätä, jos olet erityisen nirso...
