We love the ambience of the place. Room service was superb! They really clean and change towels, even wash the used utensils knowing your things are safe when you come back to your room. All amenities are for couples except for the slippers but we didn't mind cause my husband brought his own. All of the staff are approachable. Wifi is working, fridge is cold, they also have blow drier and flat iron with stand. I just hope the television will upgrade to a smart tv. Everything was great. We even ate buffet breakfast which are various dishes from pinoy to foreign food.

The hotel is near SM Iloilo and is very convenient. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Overall stay is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean, all rooms we booked has heaters. They change towels and cleans rooms everyday.

The establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars.

One of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗
The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home

I had a pleasant 1-night stay at PearLi View Hotel Iloilo powered by Cocoten. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with a nice view that really lives up to its name. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to rest after a long day.
The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas in Iloilo while still feeling peaceful and quiet.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend PearLi View Hotel to travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant place to stay in Iloilo. Would love to come back again!

The room is super quiet and clean — honestly, you really feel at home… unless you happen to run into unruly guests.
The staff? Friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
Breakfast is a bit small for the price, though.
Right now there’s construction at the entrance, so parking can be a little tricky if you bring a car. But again, the staff swoops in to assist, so it’s manageable.
For the price, this place is very affordable and a solid spot to rest.
I haven’t tried the rooms with big windows yet, so can’t comment on those.
The shower works fine, just not super powerful.
Towels and the CR are clean — always a win.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

staffs are very easy to approach , they are all kind and always wear smile in their face. The location is also convenient since there's a lot of food store outside the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. Over all it's safe to stay in Urban Hotel.
