"The room is super quiet and clean — honestly, you really feel at home… unless you happen to run into unruly guests.
The staff? Friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
Breakfast is a bit small for the price, though.
Right now there’s construction at the entrance, so parking can be a little tricky if you bring a car. But again, the staff swoops in to assist, so it’s manageable.
For the price, this place is very affordable and a solid spot to rest.
I haven’t tried the rooms with big windows yet, so can’t comment on those.
The shower works fine, just not super powerful.
Towels and the CR are clean — always a win."

"Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious."

"The establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars."

What We Like:
Allowed us to check in early at 12 noon (usual check-in is 2pm).
Very clean and welcoming ambiance, both inside and outside the hotel.
Friendly and professional staff — from the receptionist to restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us with smiles and was very helpful.
Requests were acknowledged and accommodated.
Spacious and spotless room; bedsheets and towels were soft and smelled fresh.
Great in-house restaurant with a good selection of food.
Pool was unoccupied, so we had it all to ourselves during our last day.
Convenient location — there’s a 7/11 just across the street.
⚖️ What Can Be Improved:
Pool could use more lounge chairs or shaded areas for relaxation.
Some areas of the hotel interior look a bit dated and could benefit from minor upgrades.

Initiating with the positive aspects:
- The breakfast was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10/10. The restaurant offered an excellent range of food options, maintained a clean environment, and had courteous staff.
- The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, though it is not of significant size. The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments.
While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

The hotel is near SM Iloilo and is very convenient. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Overall stay is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean, all rooms we booked has heaters. They change towels and cleans rooms everyday.

There's no water on the 4th floor and it took them longer to refill, we called twice. There's no dental kit. It's our second time to check-in at the Hop Inn, Iloilo. I thought there'll be changes, like they will provide dental kits. But it's the same as our first check-in at the hotel. Still, there's no dental kit. The location is awesome - so accessible. When it comes to cleanliness, yes! It's clean. The location is so convenient. But lacking amenities. Like heater/electric kettle, dental kit, refrigerator. Like that. The only thing you can do here is sleep and relax.

I had a pleasant 1-night stay at PearLi View Hotel Iloilo powered by Cocoten. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with a nice view that really lives up to its name. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to rest after a long day.
The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas in Iloilo while still feeling peaceful and quiet.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend PearLi View Hotel to travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant place to stay in Iloilo. Would love to come back again!

I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

This accommodation was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The location was okay with a handy grocery store across the road and many large food outlets. There is no room service and no breakfast at this hotel
