The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!"

"Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it.
Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met.
All the servers and workers are very hard-working people."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, habitaciones limpia, sólo revisen bien si su habitación es en sección Hacienda o en el Grand, el servicio en general está bien pero no de acuerdo al precio, los meseros no te atienden bien si no eres extranjero, no se saben los horarios de otros lugares señal del hotel y te mandan por bebidas de forma errónea, del hotel no tiene acceso a la playa, tienes que cambiar sal grand.
Ofrecen varios restaurantes de especialidad, sin embargo jueves y viernes solo tuvieron 2 habilitados y El sábado sólo uno, el francés (teníamos reserva a las 9 y tardaban 40 minutos en llenar cada tiempo de comida, en postre lo tuvimos que cancelar por que ya casi eran las 11 de la noche.
Además los camastros de la alberca los reserva la gente y solo ponen la toalla, no hay nadie así pendiente, les preguntas y te ignoran, no te ofrecen una solución, faltan camastros y servicio, fue una mala experiencia en lo que respecta al servicio sal cliente.
En la cafetería todo bien, muy amables.
Son muy estrictos con hora del check out."

The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying

The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

HHipptech WirelessHad to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it.
But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!

VVieraskäyttäjäWhen we checked into the room there was leftover food in the minibar. We notified reception and nothing was done. The next morning we noticed there was blood on the wall in the bathroom. We notified reception to get it cleaned and it took us 3 attempts notifying them before someone cleaned it. They didn’t seem to be phased. We were disgusted that it was blood and potentially a biohazard and they treated it like a dirt mark.
The restaurants we tried were nice but we ate a lot of food locally as well.
The pool was good and great location.
They advertised their membership through the time share which is apparently common but was not known to us. We knew there had to be a catch for the ‘free welcome breakfast’. Was interesting to hear about it but we weren’t advised upfront what it involved so we felt a bit caught out. The perks given for our time were fair.
It was an okay stay and we think our experience was just unlucky. The best part is the location of the resort.

VVieraskäyttäjäNice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.
Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff.
Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

QQweebGood location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

VVieraskäyttäjäLa app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega
