An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy. Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Love this hotel! The staff are so amazing and friendly that they upgraded our room without us asking! It included breakfast with the booking! A lot of variety of food to choose from. The room is so clean and smells so good! They clean up for us every day as well. Definitely the best stay in our entire Europe trip! 💕✨

酒店地理位置優越 出門就是美食街 居民樓附近超市買東什麼都方便 而且晚上很安靜 早上不會被汽車聲吵醒 去景點大都可以步行 特別是前台的帥哥服務很好 是一次很好的體驗

Olemme tunteneet sen vuosia ja olemme aina pitäneet sitä erittäin hyvänä Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, erittäin mukavat huoneet, suuret sängyt erittäin mukavilla patjoilla, ravintolassa tarjoillaan hyvää ruokaa, siellä on myös baari, jossa on laaja valikoima salaatteja, pizzoja ja paljon muuta. Sitten ulkouima-allas on erittäin suuri, puhdas. Siellä on myös kuntosali. ”Midasiin” on aina mukava palata!

A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

酒店整體還算乾淨，環境也不錯！ 但是非常不好找！ 沒有前台，衹有一個WhatsApp 賬號，但是衹有固定時間段內才有回覆！也沒有什麼指引！ 雖然地理位置上羅馬一個地鐵站附近，很方便！但是這個是價格還是偏貴了🙁不划算！

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter tous les endroits à voir dans Rome (à pieds ou en métro). Nous étions à Rome avec ma maman pour une semaine et nous avons largement apprécié. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, il y avait du choix. Le personnel est très gentil et attentif, il est réellement à la disposition des clients. La seule chose que je peux reprocher est la décoration un peu vieillissante, un petit coup de neuf ne ferait pas de mal. Mais je recommande à 100% cet hôtel !

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.
