"I thought it was a good idea to be so close to the terminal, but unfortunately, no. The area swarms with quadriceps people when it gets dark. They even tried to pickpocket my 255lb 6'2” man! I booked to stay in the Kennedy Hotel, but when I arrived, we were put in an offsite satellite location called the JFK house (directly across from the terminal). It wasn't terrible, but would've been nice to know ahead of time. You have to walk the small block in the morning to get coffee and continental breakfast. The room itself was decent and adequate for the 2 of us. The bed, unfortunately, was hard and the pillows flat. The bidet was situated directly in front of the shower! In order to get into the shower, you had to walk between the toilet and bidet, then squeeze between opening the glass door and wall to enter the tub. The shower head was useless as it was clogged with lime scale. So we resorted to using the handle only. The room was clean, but could use some paint to cover up all the scuff marks on the wall."

"The hotel is about 10 mins away from the Roma Train station. Location is superb as it’s close to train station and bus depot to get a ride to Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport. It’s also close to some major attractions like the Colosseum and Spanish steps, either via Metro or walking. We particularly enjoyed the good spread of cheese, cakes, fruits and food for breakfast every morning, for 12 euros per pax. Another bonus is that the drinks and snacks found in the room and minibar are all free of charge as well. My first such encounter in a hotel in Italy, hence I’m very pleasantly surprised with the sweet gesture.☺️"

"酒店很新，位置也很不錯，出門幾步路就有公交，房間還有質量很好拖鞋（歐洲酒店一般不提供一次性拖鞋）。唯一讓人不滿意的是，有天晚上10點嗓子非常不舒服讓前台給送2瓶水，竟然説入住衹提供一次水然後死活不給，那我請問如果我住完1天然後重新辦理入住就給，為什麼連住就不給，非常不靈活，不管客人死活，連酒店一樓的小酒吧都能給倒杯熱水，前台確愣是不給！然後逼我大晚上穿拖鞋出去買水"

"I picked this hotel because the pictures looked really good and it was within my price range. I really wanted a hotel with a pool, however, due to the time of the year that we came there are no pools available in Rome. I also picked it because it had a breakfast included. The breakfast was pretty good and it is a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. The selections were quite varied but not extensive and a good start to your morning. The first day we arrived, however, they had some electrical problems in the building and could not honor our first day of reservation. They did however host us in another hotel which was actually nicer than theirs. The rest of the stay was quite pleasant and we had no further problems. The room is not overly big but it sufficed to what we needed. The only big concern was the fact that it is quite far away from all of the tourist attractions. It is indeed an hour and bit to get anywhere. The good news though, is that the bus stop is literally right in front of the hotel and with a bus pass you can get virtually anywhere. The city offers several options for bus passes all the way from one day to 7 days unlimited. Take advantage of that as you will need it. Google maps is your friend!! The staff are super friendly and quite accommodating and all in all I would stay in this hotel again. Thank you 😊"

"Good all round hotel, breakfast was good too with a range of foods - just enough for non-meat eaters too.  First night room was extremely hot, no air conditioning allowed on . We were advised this was due to climate change related rules for the winter months. They turned our room heating off and provided a fan so the temperature was just about  manageable. Tea/coffee  provisions  in the room which was handy for a late night cuppa .  No complimentary water on arrival, common theme in Italy. Overall  would recommend as this was a handy location to a number of tourist attractions. Fresh, clean and upto date rooms. Customer service fine. Downside -see mid pic. This is a wall fridge - enough space for  a few water bottles side by side not anything else - Hotels water x4 plus I alcohol drink at cost .No room for anything else - Not ideal for summer stay. We had sweets/chocolate that were melting in November and only managed to squeeze a few in the fridge by taking out the hotel bottles."
