The hotel has a fantastic location—just a 3–4 minute walk from Madurai Railway Junction and within walking distance of major temples. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of south Indian dishes that were excellent ( Pongal, Dosai, Idly, Vadai, Puri, Coffe, tea, Fruits, Cornflakes, Sweet etc. All were provided). Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the size was a major concern. For a family suite with an extra mattress, the space felt very cramped—there was barely any room to walk around once the mattress was added. The bathroom was also quite small, which made it less comfortable for a family stay. Overall, while the cleanliness was good, the room size did not match the premium price we paid. Another inconvenience was the single small lift that could only accommodate 3–4 people at a time—carrying luggage meant waiting longer. Overall, while the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were great, the price does not justify the room size and amenities. If you’re looking for convenience and good food options, this hotel works well, but be prepared for limited space and a higher price point. This is the only reason for 3 stars. Else wud have given 5

Stayed there for 3 nights and no hot water for 1 day later on we got hot water and room is big for 4 people and the management will do the needful in polite and quick way.

Near to airport but outskirts of Madurai city. New and decent size rooms, all necessary amenities available. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Reaustrant staff also friendly. However, menu can be improved and taste of North Indian dishes needs improvement. Overall good experience.

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and well thought arrangement for the rooms. Located in a very good locality in madurai. All locations are very much reachable. It is beneficial if we book as a package since we can enjoy a complete 3 bhk apartment with good balconies and amenities. Staffs are very good and ready to take our inputs. Few improvements: 1. Balconies can be maintained better; 2. Services like cleaning, food, etc, are good but bit delayed and communication between the guest and staff could be timely. Having said that, gm ms. Ramana manages the situation well. 3. Breakfast could be better and overall food experience needs improvement. If not for the above points said, would have rated it as excellent. Overall a very good budget stay in madurai. We strongly recommend vishwa residency.

A good hotel, even though a bit higher priced compared to others in the same level. Local drivers didn’t manage to find it easily, so it’s maybe a good thing to add an extra info about the address. The city center is pretty far for an average tourist.

Great place and the staff are very helpful

Neet, Clean and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Madurai, making it easy to access key attractions like Meenakshi Amman Temple and the bustling local markets. The railway station and bus stand are also nearby, which is a huge plus for travelers.The rooms are decently maintained and renovated.The hotel staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Room service was quick, and they were attentive to any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with no major delays.

If you are looking at a quick comfortable stay with a low budget, this is a good place. Centrally located, you can move around quickly.

The hotel appears to be quite old and is in need of renovation. The room I selected was also priced significantly higher compared to other hotels. They did not provide packaged drinking water; instead, there was only a common water container on each floor, and we had no way of knowing how fresh the water was. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, musty odor. Additionally, I noticed a lot of small cockroaches in the room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Location wise it was good, near to the Meenakshi temple, railway staion and market area
