"The hotel has a fantastic location—just a 3–4 minute walk from Madurai Railway Junction and within walking distance of major temples. There are plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of south Indian dishes that were excellent ( Pongal, Dosai, Idly, Vadai, Puri, Coffe, tea, Fruits, Cornflakes, Sweet etc. All were provided). Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the size was a major concern. For a family suite with an extra mattress, the space felt very cramped—there was barely any room to walk around once the mattress was added. The bathroom was also quite small, which made it less comfortable for a family stay. Overall, while the cleanliness was good, the room size did not match the premium price we paid. Another inconvenience was the single small lift that could only accommodate 3–4 people at a time—carrying luggage meant waiting longer. Overall, while the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were great, the price does not justify the room size and amenities. If you’re looking for convenience and good food options, this hotel works well, but be prepared for limited space and a higher price point. This is the only reason for 3 stars. Else wud have given 5"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally large—one of the most spacious I’ve seen in a hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, reflecting the high standards of the housekeeping staff. Another big plus is the location: the hotel is within walking distance from the temple, which made our visit even more convenient and peaceful. The management was professional, courteous, and always ready to help. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"

"Near to airport but outskirts of Madurai city. New and decent size rooms, all necessary amenities available. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Reaustrant staff also friendly. However, menu can be improved and taste of North Indian dishes needs improvement. Overall good experience."
