Номер просторный, с большой террасой, убирали каждый день, белье свежее, никаких проблем. Питание — рестораны на любой вкус. Особенно порадовали a la carte (итальянский и турецкий — пальчики оближешь). В основных ресторанах тоже всё вкусно и разнообразно, всегда есть рыба, мясо, морепродукты, много фруктов и десертов. Отдыхать здесь — сплошное удовольствие. Полная свобода, тишина, когда хочешь, и развлечения, когда хочешь. Вечером живая музыка в лобби-баре, приятная атмосфера, можно выпить коктейль с видом на закат. Персонал приветливый и ненавязчивый. Wi-Fi по всей территории бесплатно. Однозначно вернусь сюда ещё! Отель реально тянет на твердую европейскую пятерку."

"Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Reservation Issue at Jasmine Palace Resort – Hurghada, Egypt Dear Trip.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly distressing experience I had with a recent reservation made through your platform. I booked two rooms for two nights at Jasmine Palace Resort in Hurghada, Egypt, under a non-refundable reservation. Prior to traveling, I called the hotel directly to confirm the reservation and ensure that everything was in order. However, upon our arrival, we were informed at the reception that our reservation would be canceled because the hotel allegedly has an agreement with an Egyptian agency to only accept UK residents for bookings made via Trip.com. This condition was never disclosed during the booking process, and it is entirely unreasonable and discriminatory to enforce such a policy after the booking has been confirmed and paid for. We were met with resistance and an unacceptable level of rudeness from a staff member named Mr. Mohamed, who was uncooperative and arrogant throughout the discussion. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation—including offering to pay the rate difference and suggesting that my son, who holds a valid UK BRP, be listed as the main guest—Mr. Mohamed refused every solution. I was left with no choice but to contact the Egyptian Tourism Emergency Hotline and file an official complaint. Upon requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was connected to Mr. Fathy, who was significantly more professional and understanding. After reviewing our documents and learning that my son has a BRP and that my husband and daughter both hold valid UK visas, he approved our check-in and even offered to upgrade our rooms to deluxe as compensation for the inconvenience. Shortly after, a police officer who had been informed of the situation arrived at the hotel and confirmed that the issue had been resolved. This entire ordeal was not only stressful and humiliating, but it also jeopardized the start of our family vacation and left us deeply frustrated with both the hotel’s discriminatory practices and the apparent lack of vetting on your platform. If the hotel has a residency restriction, it should be clearly stated before booking. I kindly request that Trip.com investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action. At the very least, I would appreciate a formal apology and a gesture of goodwill, such as a partial refund or credit, to compensate for the emotional distress and time wasted. "The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort."

"I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels)."

"🚤我真的太愛El Gouna和Casa Cook了。這是一家成人酒店，恐娃人士福音🔕，酒店客房不多且分散，私密性極高。品牌的Slogan是遇見野奢，遇見有趣靈魂。這家是沙漠🏜️沙灘🏖️並存。 🏨酒店客房/P4 Check-in可以選一杯香檳，Reception會開電動車帶你到達房間，我們選的是沙漠景觀房，💰1500+RMB，但是海景和沙漠景沒有很大的區別，都會帶小庭院，海灘會在晚上關閉，房間內可能會飛進小蟲子，做好防蟲措施。 🍴酒店餐飲/P5-8 酒店的餐廳是分時段享用，所有的吸管都是竹製，非常野奢哈哈。 早餐晚餐:Reception邊上的主餐廳，特別推薦早餐，可選項特別多，從🍞麪包到🥭水果，🥩薰牛肉特別好吃❗️ 還有儘量別坐室外，很容易出現小鳥叼走你食物的情況。 午餐:Beach Club 很像艾迪遜，中午會有很多人躺在泳池邊曬日光浴。"

"Enorme villaggio a Hurghada nella zona di Sal Hasheesh, aveva molto potenziale ma già dalla prima sera le nostre speranze di passare una vacanza con tutti i comfort sono state disattese. C’è stata assegnata una camera a livello più basso della struttura, con i muri sollevati dall’umidità e una puzza di muffa terribile. Abbiamo protestato e siamo stati cambiati di camera, con la promessa che la mattina seguente saremmo stati portati in una camera ancora diversa perché il problema a parte la puzza, era che la camera era oggettivamente sporca. La mattina seguente siamo stati spostati alla terza camera al secondo piano. Un ragazzo aveva provveduto a pulirla ma ovviamente è stata una pulizia generale. Basti pensare che le lenzuola erano piene di peli, infatti ci abbiamo dormito sopra per una settimana. Gli spazi comuni, i lunghi corridoi non venivano mai puliti, infatti il marmo aveva una patina opaca, guardate pure le foto allegate. La hall e la sala ristorante venivano pulite con uno spruzzino, parlo dei pavimenti, e un tira acqua. A parte questo grande inconveniente, la struttura di per sé era magnifica, molto grande, le piscine pulite, c’era una piscina riscaldata, e la spiaggia era molto bella e pulita. Anche il cibo era abbastanza vario, anche se la varietà di frutta per esempio era limitata. In conclusione, non aspettatevi un cinque stelle perché non lo è, potrebbe esserlo nel momento in cui la struttura viene pulita veramente da cima a fondo. Purtroppo, noi italiani abbiamo degli standard molto alti proprio in fatto di pulizia. Abbiamo viaggiato con un’altra famiglia infatti troverete la stessa recensione."
