It was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

This is a very good hotel. It is in a good location, convenient, the staff service is excellent, quiet, peaceful and private. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is good.

Good value for money hotel in a quite central part of Yiwu for people coming to check out the international market. Numerous foreign restaurants in the area, a 5 minute walk to district 3 of the market. A 20rmb Didi ride from the train station. Our room was huge, very clean and had an amazingly comfortable bed. Quiet at nights, and no cigarette smoke smell. The staff, particularly the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special, but was enough. Would be nice to have some more amenities in the room though......mini fridge, spoons, coffee etc. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay, and would happily return.

It was an interesting stay with friends visiting on business, well suited location, 10-20 mins from each market direction. Friendly and helpful staff, but they need to improve on their Breakfast menu, everything thing else is good.

I would rate 1000/100🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and would book this hotel again when come back to Yiwu! 📍Nice location, you can go to Yiwu International Trade City District 1 by just walking through the underground tunnel, it's very convenient and easy. There're many shops, restaurants, and night market near the hotel, all in walking distance. 🛏️Clean and no odor inside the room, the room is big and bathroom is clean, the bed is very comfy. There is also a big wardrobe that you can put many stuffs inside. 🥪Breakfast has variety and all delicious, I love it! 🤵🏻♀️🤵🏻The front desk and staffs are very helpful and quick response for any requirement. When I felt sick, 漫庭大叔 also went to hospital with me and provided all necessary assistance to make sure I'm ok and back to my return flight safely. This is literally beyond expectation and I deeply appreciate him and this hotel for taking care of the guest at this level of the service. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

A good experience with the hotel and the hotel staff is really good. The behaviour is very politely. Assist us very well. It’s very friendly behaviour from all the staff. I would like to visit her again again. Also, nearby Indian vegetarian restaurant, good for everyone, also very near futain market Also very near for night market for shopping for family and kids and friends 

Overall, the stay was good, but the experience at reception really put a dent in it. We arrived a bit early around 7:30am, not realizing that check-in wasn’t until 10am. That’s on us, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of calmly explaining, the receptionist was quite rude and raised her voice, which felt unnecessary. When we returned later, I spoke with someone more senior possibly the manager, who said she would address the issue. I also made sure to express directly how uncomfortable the situation was. On the positive side, the room itself was really nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the rough start.
