"The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. I want to give an extra shout out to the receptionist Cora who was so helpful to us. She went out of her way to make sure we got seated and helped us find some great activities for us to do and also helped us find really nice restaurants nearby. Also the man who helped us with our luggage Mr. Tiger was extremely friendly and helpful. He made an excellent collection with our family. Thank you both so much."

"3 words to describe - Convenience, comfort and clean. The breakfast was delicious with moderate dishes of Western and Chinese cuisines. Although the room size is small but it has a comfortable bed and I loved the toilet bowl, which is warm, especially Winter time now and has bidet in built in it like Japanese toilet bowl. Water pressure for shower is good. Most of all, the receptionist is super nice and helpful, especially for the extended time to check out, hotel complimentary gift and ability to store the luggage after check out. The drawback is the lobby of the waiting place is rather smoky with many of the hotel patrons smoking, which is affecting those who are non-smokers, especially those who have asmath or children. Hope hotel can designate a place for smokers, while separating it from the main waiting area."

"📍 Prime Location The hotel is located right between District 2 and District 3 of the Yiwu International Trade City — you can literally walk across the street to get to either side. Perfect for sourcing trips or attending trade fairs. That said, there aren’t many eateries around the hotel, so meals might require delivery or a short ride out. --- 🛏 Rooms & Comfort My room was very spacious and clean, much more generous in size than I expected. The smart controls were a nice modern touch, and the bed was comfortable with good linens. A really thoughtful detail? They provide a foot soak tub right in the room. And after spending hours walking through the massive trade center, I totally understood why. Your feet will thank you. However, do note that around 5pm, the noise from car horns outside gets pretty loud, especially if your room faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on a higher floor or bring earplugs. --- 🍽 Amenities & Extras Breakfast was simple but decent. Just be prepared to look elsewhere for meals, as the hotel area is quiet food-wise. --- 👥 Service The staff were polite and helpful, even if English was limited for some. They were always quick to assist and made the stay feel smooth and pleasant. --- ✅ Final Thoughts While it’s not surrounded by restaurants and the traffic noise can be noticeable at rush hour, Heng Na International Hotel is an excellent base for business travelers. The location between District 2 and 3 is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and small touches like the foot soak tub show they understand exactly what guests need after a long day in Yiwu’s massive trade markets."

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and it is still an amazing experience! Hotel’s breakfast is good and the variety is just the right amount and the menu changes. Warm and welcoming hotel staff especially Cici, always so welcoming when she see guest coming in. She is very friendly, always engaging in conversations with the guest and helping them with their enquiries. It’s a pleasure to stay in this hotel and will highly recommend everyone to stay there. Strategically located just right across the night market you will never run out of food ideas or things to buy.

1st they gave room the toilet remote control missing. Than changed room - remote control not working. Next door guest put on television at 3:30am y time. Can’t get sleep. When requested them they were drunk and wanted to fight had to rush back room to save myself. In the morning can hear noises of objects moving from top floor. Very bad experience. Won’t recommend.

The room was ok, average. Initially, I had booked 2 nights but had to cut to one night because the showers were just horrible. The first one was as short as a toddler & I asked to be moved to another room. The second room the shower was installed better, but you can’t control the volume/ pressure of the water. I couldn’t, I just moved to another hotel.

After three months, I stayed in this hotel. What surprised me was that when my friend and I stepped into the gate, Bella recognised me at first sight. The breakfast was as delicious as before, but it was as fresh and rich as ever, although it was only a short day and we stayed very comfortable.

Excellent and fantastic hotel. It's a fantastic hotel in an excellent location, the futian international market,many Arabic restaurants, transportation all are just feet away.The amazing staff made a free upgrade room with a smile with out my request.. although it was my third time booking at this hotel this time the check out process took more than usual time made me little angry . I appreciate their free room upgrades, courtesy and loyalty.. the Western breakfast was amazing...I would recommend the hotel to others again.
