"My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to China. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the world, but this hotel was one of our favorites. The staff is very accommodating, especially the Concierge, Mr. Will Liu. He was always helpful to meet our needs and to check in on previous requests. We really appreciated his daily insights and constant professionalism. Equally amazing is the housekeeping staff who always greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, daily snacks and so sweetly decorated my room for my birthday. The gentlemen at the front entry also deserve our gratitude and recognition for being quick to assist with luggage and call the elevator for us. We really consider this hotel a must stay if you are in the area. You will find it to be clean, have friendly staff and a super convenient laundry room. Thank you, Kasion Hotel!"

"Overall, the stay was good, but the experience at reception really put a dent in it. We arrived a bit early around 7:30am, not realizing that check-in wasn’t until 10am. That’s on us, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of calmly explaining, the receptionist was quite rude and raised her voice, which felt unnecessary. When we returned later, I spoke with someone more senior possibly the manager, who said she would address the issue. I also made sure to express directly how uncomfortable the situation was. On the positive side, the room itself was really nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the rough start."
