"Hotel is within the Tianfu airport. It is very convenient, just 5 min walk from metro station to hotel lobby but you have to pass through security check/clearance before proceed to hotel lobby.
Hotel room is clean and nice. The noise level is quite OK when plane landing the airport. Toilet and bathroom is separated, which is good.
Breakfast buffet has variety of choices from Chinese oriental food to western cuisine and some Japanese food like sushi."

There are also street food options nearby — those without food restrictions will definitely enjoy it.
However, the main issue is the language barrier, which makes communication quite difficult.
The airport drop-off operates on a first come, first serve basis, but unfortunately the hotel does not manage guests who cut the queue. This is quite disappointing, especially for guests travelling with many suitcases when this happens."

"I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey.
I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel.
Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value.

"The room that we booked was as expected, clean and sufficient for our late night arrival. We only stayed one night as a transit hotel, there is not much around the hotel. It is surrounded by construction sites. There are a cluster of hotels within the vicinity, and some small restaurants and mini marts just round the corner.
However, the location is actually quite a distance to the TFU airport. It took maybe about 20mins on a dark & quiet windy road. The free shuttle pickup from the airport was convenient to have BUT it was a bit confusing with very little signages for the waiting area, or labeled on the bus. Several hotels uses the same shuttle so it gets busy."

"location was obviously good if you’re transiting or have a weird flight timing as it was relatively close to the airport. they have a shuttle bus to and fro the airport so no worries. room was clean and nice, and the hotel was nice enough to prepare breakfast kits for us as we had to check out before breakfast service started. however, they amenities were slightly faulty, probably because not a lot of people stay here and use it (because it’s so far from city). but we manager to call the counter and they sent someone to fix it straight away."

"If you’re having a morning or super late flight and want it to be near the airport, I’ll recommend this for convenience. It’s a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. But there isn’t much around the area, especially if it’s late. Definitely nobody will be delivering food to the location because it’s quite ulu. However, there is a very good mutton soup hotpot just opposite that opens till 12am. Nearby, there are a few more restaurants and that’s about it.
They also provide a free shuttle bus to the airport, but you have to head down 5–10 minutes earlier as it is a shared shuttle bus. The blanket had one stain, but the bed wasn’t dusty, etc. (I have a sensitive nose.) The room was quite spacious as well. Our flight was at 10am, but we took the 7am bus."

VVieraskäyttäjäExcellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

WWHUThe hotel offers an airport shuttle service at a modest fee. We were welcomed by a most charming lady chauffeur called Amber who speaks excellent English. The shuttle service includes pickup and dropoff at the airport. Great service !
There are plenty of restaurants in the hotel's neighbourhood. We also found a supermarket in the same street.
Room was clean. The bed slept very well and the breakfast buffet offered plenty varieties.

- Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport
- Breakfast was amazing (11/10)
- There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket
- The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy.
Negative
- Difficult communication with hotel people.
1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol).
2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally
3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…)
4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all.
5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out.
- Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

LLiauKYNew modern hotel near airport that accept foreign tourists. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Need to confirm the shuttle bus with reception for pick up or departure, if you miss the time must re-call. Room is clean and spacious for family or 3 pax. Bed very comfortable. There's usb ports for charging, so convenient. Water pressure strong and water hot enough during winter. We didn't manage to take breakfast, but reception provide simple take away breakfast. There are stalls opposite the road for dinner. Hotel also have a small convience store. Since its a new location, not much place to walk around.

Sain wechat QR-koodin hotellista heti sen jälkeen ja asetettiin ryhmä chat kuljettaja tunti ennen hakemista. Odotettu 15 minuuttia ja matka kesti 15 minuuttia hotelliin Tianfu T2.
Hotelli sijaitsee kylässä, jossa on paljon muita majoitus- ja ravintoloita lähellä. Hotellihuone on paljon parempaa kuin odotettu. Puhdas ja uusi huoneisto. seinät ovat ohut. Olin huone 2. kerroksessa ja kohtaavat päätie. Kuulin liikennettä ja ihmisiä puhuvan kadulla ja käytävällä huoneeni ulkopuolella.
Lentoaseman auton pyyhkäisypalvelu on ulkoista. Tunnin aikataulu mennä lentokentälle. Hotelli vastaanotto soitti huoneeni 30 minuuttia ennen aikataulun pyyhkäisy. Van on jaettu muiden majoitusten. Se oli maxed istumaan 6 matkustajia joka matka. Tila van vaihtelee. Kuljettajat olivat mukavia ja auttoivat matkatavaroissani.

PpeitatoThe room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service.
I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way.
I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive
AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi.
On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time.
I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

PS: Viereinen hotelli voi tarjota ilmaisen aamiaisen. Voit tilata ruokaa keskipäivällä, mutta se on vähän kallis, mutta maku on ok.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
