Well , to be honest I’m non-Chinese speaking, so the communication between me and hotel staffs is limited due to Google, Facebook are blocked in China. However, the staffs have tried their best to support me as much as possible. I’ve highly recommend for this hotel because of their affordable cost, friendly and kindness service staffs… , but in my opinion, it’ll be hard for non- Chinese speakers like me to get to the hotel when first arriving in Tianfu, and you should have proper instructions for guests how to book transfer shuttle service easily, using translate app… in order to get more convenient. Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

Hotel lähetti kiinalaisen viestin trip.com päivä ennen, jos minun tarvitsi hakea palvelua. Trip.com ja google käännös auttoi. Sain wechat QR-koodin hotellista heti sen jälkeen ja asetettiin ryhmä chat kuljettaja tunti ennen hakemista. Odotettu 15 minuuttia ja matka kesti 15 minuuttia hotelliin Tianfu T2. Hotelli sijaitsee kylässä, jossa on paljon muita majoitus- ja ravintoloita lähellä. Hotellihuone on paljon parempaa kuin odotettu. Puhdas ja uusi huoneisto. seinät ovat ohut. Olin huone 2. kerroksessa ja kohtaavat päätie. Kuulin liikennettä ja ihmisiä puhuvan kadulla ja käytävällä huoneeni ulkopuolella. Lentoaseman auton pyyhkäisypalvelu on ulkoista. Tunnin aikataulu mennä lentokentälle. Hotelli vastaanotto soitti huoneeni 30 minuuttia ennen aikataulun pyyhkäisy. Van on jaettu muiden majoitusten. Se oli maxed istumaan 6 matkustajia joka matka. Tila van vaihtelee. Kuljettajat olivat mukavia ja auttoivat matkatavaroissani.

Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

New modern hotel near airport that accept foreign tourists. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Need to confirm the shuttle bus with reception for pick up or departure, if you miss the time must re-call. Room is clean and spacious for family or 3 pax. Bed very comfortable. There's usb ports for charging, so convenient. Water pressure strong and water hot enough during winter. We didn't manage to take breakfast, but reception provide simple take away breakfast. There are stalls opposite the road for dinner. Hotel also have a small convience store. Since its a new location, not much place to walk around.

A very nice hotel to stay! Room is clean. The service lady is very nice and helpful. We had trouble booking didi, they help us out. Thank you so much for your good service! Definitely will come back if we need a place to stay before or after flights! They also have free transport service to pickup and send back to airport which is very convinient! 👍

Rehellisesti sanottuna, tämä on täydellinen, jos haluat budjettihotellin pitkäaikaista layout, koska ne tarjoavat myös picku & dropoff lentokenttä Mutta sinun täytyy olla hyvä kiina coz heidän henkilöstö ei voi puhua englanti. Minulla on vaikea varata lentokentän pickup (ainoa tapa varata oli soittaa heille. ei sähköpostia, ei tekstiä) ja päätin pyytää didi palvelua päästä heidän hotelli. He ovat hiljaa mutta puhtaita tarpeeksi. Paitsi vesijäähdytys suihku oli lukossa lol. Ne tarjoavat myös aamiaista kiinalaisen valikosta

The room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

Pomo on erittäin innostunut! Huoneen korotus ilmaiseksi. Huone on erittäin siisti ja halpa. Plus ilmaiset lentokenttäkuljetukset. Se kannattaa ystäville, joilla ei ole mukavaa nousta koneesta kaupunkiin yöllä. PS: Viereinen hotelli voi tarjota ilmaisen aamiaisen. Voit tilata ruokaa keskipäivällä, mutta se on vähän kallis, mutta maku on ok.

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.
