"Hotel is within the Tianfu airport. It is very convenient, just 5 min walk from metro station to hotel lobby but you have to pass through security check/clearance before proceed to hotel lobby. Hotel room is clean and nice. The noise level is quite OK when plane landing the airport. Toilet and bathroom is separated, which is good. Breakfast buffet has variety of choices from Chinese oriental food to western cuisine and some Japanese food like sushi."

"I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable."

"Very near to the airport, which is very convenient. There are also street food options nearby — those without food restrictions will definitely enjoy it. However, the main issue is the language barrier, which makes communication quite difficult. The airport drop-off operates on a first come, first serve basis, but unfortunately the hotel does not manage guests who cut the queue. This is quite disappointing, especially for guests travelling with many suitcases when this happens."

"If you’re having a morning or super late flight and want it to be near the airport, I’ll recommend this for convenience. It’s a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. But there isn’t much around the area, especially if it’s late. Definitely nobody will be delivering food to the location because it’s quite ulu. However, there is a very good mutton soup hotpot just opposite that opens till 12am. Nearby, there are a few more restaurants and that’s about it. They also provide a free shuttle bus to the airport, but you have to head down 5–10 minutes earlier as it is a shared shuttle bus. The blanket had one stain, but the bed wasn’t dusty, etc. (I have a sensitive nose.) The room was quite spacious as well. Our flight was at 10am, but we took the 7am bus."

"The room that we booked was as expected, clean and sufficient for our late night arrival. We only stayed one night as a transit hotel, there is not much around the hotel. It is surrounded by construction sites. There are a cluster of hotels within the vicinity, and some small restaurants and mini marts just round the corner. However, the location is actually quite a distance to the TFU airport. It took maybe about 20mins on a dark & quiet windy road. The free shuttle pickup from the airport was convenient to have BUT it was a bit confusing with very little signages for the waiting area, or labeled on the bus. Several hotels uses the same shuttle so it gets busy."

"location was obviously good if you’re transiting or have a weird flight timing as it was relatively close to the airport. they have a shuttle bus to and fro the airport so no worries. room was clean and nice, and the hotel was nice enough to prepare breakfast kits for us as we had to check out before breakfast service started. however, they amenities were slightly faulty, probably because not a lot of people stay here and use it (because it’s so far from city). but we manager to call the counter and they sent someone to fix it straight away."

"Honestly, I underestimated this wonderful village. However, the hotel services and courtesy of the receptionist change me my view. Everyone in this village has been amazing 👏 and happy seeing me as a foreigner. Food absolutely wonderful, good wine and prompt delivery. I actually booked for 4 days, due to work schedule. I have to go back, and would love to come back again."

"Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected)."

"The room was clean and you can relax but when you take shower the water will spell to the toilet area. I think need to improve also the hot water. Anyway its a good sleepover experience."
