"Very near to the airport, which is very convenient. There are also street food options nearby — those without food restrictions will definitely enjoy it. However, the main issue is the language barrier, which makes communication quite difficult. The airport drop-off operates on a first come, first serve basis, but unfortunately the hotel does not manage guests who cut the queue. This is quite disappointing, especially for guests travelling with many suitcases when this happens."

The pod was clean. Washroom Toilet is a Shared one with AIRPORT's External Public Washroom Carry your own Multi Charger for your devices. No toothbrush, slippers or any other amenities except water bottle. Pods soundproof enough to keep announcements and Snores away."

"Honestly, I underestimated this wonderful village. However, the hotel services and courtesy of the receptionist change me my view. Everyone in this village has been amazing 👏 and happy seeing me as a foreigner. Food absolutely wonderful, good wine and prompt delivery. I actually booked for 4 days, due to work schedule. I have to go back, and would love to come back again."

"A very nice hotel to stay! Room is clean. The service lady is very nice and helpful. We had trouble booking didi, they help us out. Thank you so much for your good service! Definitely will come back if we need a place to stay before or after flights! They also have free transport service to pickup and send back to airport which is very convinient! 👍"

"The room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting."

For my second stopover, I was originally planning to return to Orange hotel, but after reading the positive reviews of Ibis, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. While Orange Hotel certainly has the advantage when it comes to physical features—more spacious rooms and a slightly more modern setup—Ibis truly impressed me with its exceptional service. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to check if we needed airport pickup, and everything was arranged seamlessly. On the day of departure, they gave us a courteous reminder call to get ready for the airport transfer, and the front desk staff went above and beyond—even helping to push our luggage all the way to the shuttle. They were also quick to help solve every problem we faced during our stay. It’s that level of genuine care and attention that made our stay feel a little more special. Keep up the good job 👏."
