"Hotel is within the Tianfu airport. It is very convenient, just 5 min walk from metro station to hotel lobby but you have to pass through security check/clearance before proceed to hotel lobby.
Hotel room is clean and nice. The noise level is quite OK when plane landing the airport. Toilet and bathroom is separated, which is good.
Breakfast buffet has variety of choices from Chinese oriental food to western cuisine and some Japanese food like sushi."

"Very near to the airport, which is very convenient.
There are also street food options nearby — those without food restrictions will definitely enjoy it.
However, the main issue is the language barrier, which makes communication quite difficult.
The airport drop-off operates on a first come, first serve basis, but unfortunately the hotel does not manage guests who cut the queue. This is quite disappointing, especially for guests travelling with many suitcases when this happens."

"I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey.
I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel.
Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value.
There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature.

"The room that we booked was as expected, clean and sufficient for our late night arrival. We only stayed one night as a transit hotel, there is not much around the hotel. It is surrounded by construction sites. There are a cluster of hotels within the vicinity, and some small restaurants and mini marts just round the corner.
However, the location is actually quite a distance to the TFU airport. It took maybe about 20mins on a dark & quiet windy road. The free shuttle pickup from the airport was convenient to have BUT it was a bit confusing with very little signages for the waiting area, or labeled on the bus. Several hotels uses the same shuttle so it gets busy."

"location was obviously good if you’re transiting or have a weird flight timing as it was relatively close to the airport. they have a shuttle bus to and fro the airport so no worries. room was clean and nice, and the hotel was nice enough to prepare breakfast kits for us as we had to check out before breakfast service started. however, they amenities were slightly faulty, probably because not a lot of people stay here and use it (because it’s so far from city). but we manager to call the counter and they sent someone to fix it straight away."

Mmii_lorMingle Hotel is located in a small local town, Jian Yang. Choose this, mainly for the hotel/airport transfers as my departing flight is from Tianfu International Airport. On the return leg from Tibet and an overnight train, Lhasa-Xining, fly Xining-Chengdu on the same day, all I want is a quick shower and comfortable bed in a quiet room. Driver Mr Hu, who is also the boss of the hotel, picked me up from the airport and merely a short drive to the hotel 🙏. The next morning is a market day, and the little town was alive. For those not fuzzy and willing to try, there are small, clean entries within walking distance. When I was too lazy to walk, the friendly ladies at the front desk helped to order delivery, and I loved the grilled chicken leg 🥰 I'd consider transportation to downtown chengdu rather convenient as one of the Mr Hu, will be on standby to ferry pax. On day 2, when I wanted to visit downtown chengdu, Mr Hu sent me to the airport, and there are airport buses and metro going direct to various locations. After my sightseeing, I texted Mr Hu before boarding the bus so he could estimate a time to pick me up from the airport. Journey from airport to downtown is around 1.5 hours. As a tourist, I enjoyed the bus ride as part of my sightseeing itineraries.

I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

VVieraskäyttäjäDuring a recent transit, I stayed at Orange Hotel, which is just around the corner from ibis and holiday inn. For my second stopover, I was originally planning to return to Orange hotel, but after reading the positive reviews of Ibis, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did.
While Orange Hotel certainly has the advantage when it comes to physical features—more spacious rooms and a slightly more modern setup—Ibis truly impressed me with its exceptional service. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to check if we needed airport pickup, and everything was arranged seamlessly. On the day of departure, they gave us a courteous reminder call to get ready for the airport transfer, and the front desk staff went above and beyond—even helping to push our luggage all the way to the shuttle. They were also quick to help solve every problem we faced during our stay.
It’s that level of genuine care and attention that made our stay feel a little more special. Keep up the good job 👏.

WWHUThe hotel offers an airport shuttle service at a modest fee. We were welcomed by a most charming lady chauffeur called Amber who speaks excellent English. The shuttle service includes pickup and dropoff at the airport. Great service !
There are plenty of restaurants in the hotel's neighbourhood. We also found a supermarket in the same street.
Room was clean. The bed slept very well and the breakfast buffet offered plenty varieties.

VVieraskäyttäjäI enjoyed my stay at this hotel more than I expected. It's not too far from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, compared to the city of Chengdu, and the location is not too remote or rural. In fact, it's in the town of Jianyang, which has its own high speed rail station.
I arrived late, almost midnight, and the hotel still provided a bus to pick up from the airport at Gate 13 on the departure floor. I recommend you ask for their WeChat in advance so you could arrange the pickup with them. The bus dropped off people at different hotels along the way before it reached Jianyang, but it didn't take long.
The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast (Chinese, salad, bread, soups - noodles or wontons/dumplings, juices, coffee, fruit) is better than I expected in terms of variety and taste. The kitchen ladies were very kind and helpful, even when I can't speak Chinese. The staff - front desk and doorman - were also caring and helpful. Obviously, the hotel trained their staff well.
FYI. The hotel is great for those who arrive late and want a comfortable place to sleep for a night before moving on. Jianyang South Railway Station is less than 10 minutes away, and is just one high speed railway station from Chengdu (20 minutes). I highly recommend this hotel.

- Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport
- Breakfast was amazing (11/10)
- There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket
- The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy.
Negative
- Difficult communication with hotel people.
1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol).
2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally
3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…)
4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all.
5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out.
- Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

LLiauKYNew modern hotel near airport that accept foreign tourists. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Need to confirm the shuttle bus with reception for pick up or departure, if you miss the time must re-call. Room is clean and spacious for family or 3 pax. Bed very comfortable. There's usb ports for charging, so convenient. Water pressure strong and water hot enough during winter. We didn't manage to take breakfast, but reception provide simple take away breakfast. There are stalls opposite the road for dinner. Hotel also have a small convience store. Since its a new location, not much place to walk around.

JJasline Lee Wei XinIf you’re having a morning or super late flight and want it to be near the airport, I’ll recommend this for convenience. It’s a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. But there isn’t much around the area, especially if it’s late. Definitely nobody will be delivering food to the location because it’s quite ulu. However, there is a very good mutton soup hotpot just opposite that opens till 12am. Nearby, there are a few more restaurants and that’s about it.
They also provide a free shuttle bus to the airport, but you have to head down 5–10 minutes earlier as it is a shared shuttle bus. The blanket had one stain, but the bed wasn’t dusty, etc. (I have a sensitive nose.) The room was quite spacious as well. Our flight was at 10am, but we took the 7am bus.
